PRO TIP: How to put on INSANELY STIFF Powerlifting Knee Sleeves

THE BEST Solo method for putting on tight knee sleees.
This technique involves using a strap or band to easily slide the sleeve up over the knee joint. Here's a consolidated guide on how to use it:
- Ensure the knee sleeve is snug but not too tight. If you go too small, not even this will work.
- Fold the top down half way to expose the inside.
- Loop two pulling straps around each sides of the knee sleeve, make sure you know where the front is!
- Sit with legs stretched out in front, and slide your foot through the folded sleeve.
- Hold the straps firmly and pull sliding the sleeve up your leg smoothly (dont yank the sleeve aggressively at the start, but commit!).
- Position the folded sleeve just over the kneecap and adjust for fit.
- Slide out both straps.
- Repeat on the other leg.
