I can relate. My dad's been dead for just over 4 years and my memories of fishing with him and my younger brother (also passed away) are some of my happiest! For me it was fishing for bass and pike around Kingstown, Ontario 🇨🇦 .

Some advice from an old Father of 3 and grandpa! Enjoy every second they grow to fast brother! I had mine fishing and surfing 🏄‍♂️ Florida east coast before they were in Kindergarten. Served me well,it always kept them off the street and out of trouble. They would rather fish and surf 🏄‍♂️ than do anything else. Now I have my granddaughter riding on the front of my Longboard at 3 1/2 ,For the dream brother 😎🤙 congrats on the soon to be lil one. Best of Luck, you’re already headed in the Rt direction. Love from Ft.Pierce Fl…

Yo! Fl. Here! FYI the baits are tiny this time of year, just FYI. I mean go Rt through a 3/8” mesh net tiny. The pilchards won’t get that size until fall. The bigger baits will be quite a ways off the beach usually. Match the hatch next time. That lure would absolutely crush the fish during the fall bait run though! Just some Local knowledge brother. 😎🤙
