Our CiCis closed some time ago. I have fond memories of taking my grandchildren there. I could afford to take them all and give them money to play in the arcade. Of course it is not fine dining, but I liked their spinach pizza and the kids had fun.

There are one or two nice Italian restaurants in most towns in the US. I would love for you to take Alessio to one of those restaurants rather than the chain restaurants and for him to give his opinion on the food there. I would find Alessio’s opinion to be very interesting. Particularly when he looks on the menu and tells us what is an actual authentic Italian dish. It would be great to be educated more by Alessio!!

I think by bulk of restaurants cici's has to be the worse chain I've ever eaten. The only good thing about it is they had the simpsons arcade.

@@PatrickDaviswimiwamwamwazzle we used to take our four kids there, for birthdays, and give them money for the games. We took gifts and a cake. They had a blast but their dad got us all calling it, “Feces Pizza,” due to the general filthiness of the bathroom.

Cici's pizzas is pretty good if you get the good people that cook the pizzas believe me it can be outstanding and phenomenal maybe you guys should try CC's again whenever there's somebody different cooking the pizzas just a thought but congratulations on your new outfits they look amazing and thankfully you need to wash them 🙂

@@georgiabigfoot I don't think so, I think the really good Italians like keep their family sauces to the themselves but they share it with everybody because they make it and then they share it and that's a good thing sometimes things need to be kept within a family and that's the whole beauty of recipes

Ok .... First being from Houston tx. And growing up with cici's pizza it was a treat as a child us being poor, and it tasted better than peanut butter and jelly, top ramen, or spam. After I grew up and had it nostalgicly, I soon found that it was terrible. and yet, still I took my kids there and they loved it.. side note: if your poor and can eat once a day for 8$ it was a belly filler.

I have eaten pizza and pasta all over the world and living abroad I genuinely say that I miss Cici's. It just hits different when you experience pizza and pasta everywhere. American pizza just hits different

Got a pizza craving now. We have one Italian restaurant that serves Neapolitan style pizza made in Neapolitan pizza oven, I say "style" as they are not certified but they work with pizzaiolo from certified restaurants to at least get it close. Not tried it yet as they open at 4pm which is a bit late for my liking to eat pizza 😣 But maybe I will tomorrow 🤤

Cici’s isn’t the best but I have such great childhood memories there! Big cups of root beer and tons of pizza. Even then the all white pizza and the pasta were gross. Any meat lovers pizza and then the desserts were so good though! I loved the apple dessert pizza.

If you like pizza, goto any pizza place in NYC. yum! :)

Eastern Massachusetts do have decent Italian restaurants. Cape Cod has really good Italian restaurants, a few anyway and good Thai, Japanese, seafood and you two should maybe think about visiting during the Summer or Spring when it's warmer there, OR right now while the leaves are changing.

Go to NY and NJ and try the pizza. That's real pizza.

You must try again. Next time get a zesty ham and cheddar, zesty pepperoni, plain pepperoni. You can also make your own. Mine is a zesty ham and cheddar with sausage, jalapeño, breakfast bacon and pepperoni added to it.

I love cici's pizza.....!!! I haven't been in 20 years... So perhaps.... But as soon as I'm back in the states where there's cici's.... My first stop is that, always has been in my mind. I'm so glad they still exist! Perhaps their quality has gone south....?

Cicis is a family budget friendly restaurant and not gourmet or authentic. It was my first job when I was in high school and most of the customers were from lower income communities. A lot of these folks probably don’t travel outside of the country and I would guess many were lucky to have fresh fruits and vegetables or to go out to eat. The food isn’t the best by any means but it’s not the worst either. For some, it’s the best they can afford.
