    Most likely. If you're a coach and you're not getting your lesson plans from Cary Kolat, you're definitely not coaching correctly.

    @@tukeewc1880 agreed. Coaches sometimes have this mentality that you must know everything in every situation without outside help. That's further from the truth. If my coach only showed me movements from Kolat's videos, that's enough for some dedicated wrestlers to win some matches

    All coaches today should check Cary Kolat videos out..!! Hands down the absolute best no nonsense fundamentalist training videos..!! Also worth noting is how close to the mat his trailing leg knee is..!! This demonstrates just how low the center needs to be for really great executions..!!

    I don't think American middle and high schoolers appreciate how good they have it. I would have KILLED to learn and train folktsyle for those eight years. Twelve with college. It's the perfect basis for a lifelong journey. Ad a couple of years of striking and submissions and you will be literally be unstoppable.

    i have a question one of my coatches was teaching us to stand in orthodox positions(left leg front) while my other coach was telling southpaw(right leg front) which do you do if your a righty do you stand in orhtodox or southpaw. please answer i would grately apreciate it. sry for spelling errors
