Thanks for sharing your tips on picking up meat! Never thought to get parchment paper, I'm old school and always use foil. Gotta get that on my next trip.
Great trick,clean hands
Hi beautiful people, I'm so excited to tell you my Daughter starts work at Costco today. You so remind me of Heather, she adores Costco so can you imagine?🤗💕🙏i should have said Calgary
0.0 a fridge in the car?? mind blown
You will eat bacon but not spam? Me too. They both probably have similar chemicals. I just closed my Costco account. 1. I bought too much junk food. Hard to resist temptations. 2. Bought more than I needed. 3. Had to strategically plan because of usual heavy traffic and inconvenient location. 4. Too many people (me included) succumbing to too many material goods. We just don’t need as much as we think we do. And I’m trying to declutter and get rid of stuff, not get more. 5. Takes too much time and energy, both to get there and back, and once inside. I’d rather be out on my bicycle or on the deck enjoying the sunshine.
NO SPAM!!!! Aiya!!!!!
I always, always dig to the back or bottom of the pile to get the freshest whatever!

Yep!
You two are awesome, i just found your channel and am very excited to watch all your videos.
Lol! Oh no...please don’t put back the SPAM! We only have 1 Costco on this island, so I absolutely dread going. My husband is the designated Costco shopper.
This was so funny. I enjoy your cooking videos too. I got an Instant Pot for Christmas, and I've been binge watching. Thanks so much!
Thank you love the video !! It’s so true !!!
When I spend $300 at Costco my cart and trunk are a lot fuller than that. But Houston Texas is a lot cheaper than Vancouver.
Love the music! I was born in 70 and was an 80's teen... Gen x! Best music ever

Me too! I agree!
if you're looking for an air fryer then get the Philips it's bigger and better. Can cook frozen nuggets in 8 minutes.
Nice combo.... Depeche mode and Costco!
Love the Erasure songs in the car!!
price match is a good tip in your video! keep your receipts within the last 30 days and Costco will match the price !
Up to this moment I had the highest respect for you Flo. Making the dude put back the Spam is inexcusable!😉

Flo, my husband and I have the EXACT Spam issue almost every time we Costco...he sneaks to the Dollar Store and gets it behind my back!

😂 LOL! He hasn’t tried doing that yet. Both he and the kids love it. I won’t cook it so they will often order it if it’s on the menu.
Do you have to pay for Parking to shop at that Costco?
nice, a fridge in car? carry a fridge all the time? oh. not very green.
When I saw you use the plastic bag for the meats, I said out loud, "That's what I do!" My dog did not react to my comment but I like to think that he understood the reasoning. For YEARS, my family has made fun of my aversion to touching meat packages and even sent me picks of them bare-handing packed chicken. EEEW! Loved watching Dude glide effortlessly on the cart, seeing the gorgeous views out the car windows, and gasped a little at seeing the total at the end. WOW!

That is such a sharp vehicle!! We have the same dometic in the back of our suburban. Love the built in with the slide out. Does that jacket add much insulation value? We made the mistake of leaving ours on freeze overnight and pugged in...needless to say that even with the battery protection set at medium it drained the battery down too far to start the burb. We had to get a jump from a friendly neighbor. Love the dometic, we just pushed it too far. Just bought a 10 lb bag of ice and did not want it to melt. You know how it is with ice...never have it when you need it. Ha!!! Love your videos, keep em coming!!! Be safe and be happy!!!

Thanks so much, Jerry! We love the Dometic! It was so great to have during our cross country trip. Never had to look for ice! Not sure about the insulation value of the cover though. Dude primarily picked it up for protection in case it got banged around.
I swear I spend way too much in Costco, that air fryer broke on me after 3 months. I wasn't too happy about that. But just last night I spent well over $170 in that joint😣😏😖

Seriously right?! I need to shop at the little markets more.
We don't have a Costco here but I spend over $100 weekly at Sam's and the Dude is right, it doesn't look like much food. Thanks for sharing, as always!
Why do you throw mayonnaise away? In the fridge, it keeps forever. Another comment, since packaging of oils, including mayonnaise, in plastic, you must keep unopened mayonnaise in the fridge. There is enough porosity in the plastic for it to become rancid before it is opened (at least the way I shop sales).
May I know how often you guys go to Costco?
@FloLum

I was just at Costco spent like close to 300 bucks maybe more and my wife and baby boy live in one bedroom in the Bay Area and the place is getting a little cluttered

We actually bought spam this weekend from costco. We don't have much ready to eat items at home. And these would be our emergency food.

:) It's very tempting. I know.
People who don't put their carts back should be banished to the Island of outhouses and Sears catalogues. You wont say it but I will.....these are the same people who throw their trash out of the car window, and have no respect for any one but themselves. Scumbags.
Where do you live?
Great vlog as always, Flo! If Costco won't take your money, I'm always here to help you 😜 Me and my bro visited a crack den in Portugal for our vlog 😁
Oh wow I never go to that Costco even though I live like five mins away. I always drive out to bby.

Really? So much quieter! But not as much selection.
I've not seen a Caesar Salad video. Would like to though. I have been going to Costoes for years and did not know they had parchment paper. I also did not know about the price adjustment. Is your Costo in NY?
Lovin the hair
Haha...great vlog as usual!!
It sounds like you all spend as much as we do down here in the lower 48 states on stuff like groceries.
I'm not Chinese but enjoy your blogs anyway.
It's basically a rule that you have to ride your cart down that ramp every time. Just sucks that you have to pay for parking at that one!

The pay parking is worth it! I hate the insane busyness at the other 2 locations. And now with the price adjustment hack, it’ll pay for some of the parking. 😉
Flo, see how much trouble it is to do shopping when you take children with you? I just bought some Better Than Bouillon and used it for the first time and all I can say is, "Why didn't I start using that stuff years ago?"!
@FloLum

LOL! Right?! Leave big and small kids at home. 😉 Better than bouillon is the best!
Flo, you make me smile; Dude, you make me laugh-- :D

I have not, but only because the ones I've seen are made in China. I try not to buy made in China. ;)
Right? Put your dang cart back people!!
I loved this video....a different side of you both.....Dude acting like a kid with the carriage....lol. My mother told me years ago that my husband would be my first child.....what do you think Flo! 😆 I almost gagged when I saw that Spam go in the carriage. Thank goodness it was removed. 😝😊 Oh, and thank you for the plastic bag trick.....you taught this older lady a new thing today. Ciao! 😉

We want to see the prices at Costco. The camera was moving too fast according to my husband. We are from San Francisco..

I mean you have a different selection of items than we do as well.. Meyer lemons? never have I seen those at our Costco here in Chicago. It's interesting the product differences from Costco to Costco.. and yes, I'm that nut that visits Costco in very city/country that I've been to where there is a Costco. I actually ran out of time to visit the one in Vancouver, tho I have been to the ones in Toronto, SF, LA, Tokyo, London, Seoul, Montreal, NY, Florida, and maybe 10 other US states. And while there are many same products, there are also a ton of dif items... Love your vlog!
@FloLum
6 жыл бұрын
Oh I see! That’s interesting since the Meyers we get at from Florida or California. But we have different product from store to store. The one I go to is a smaller store and has less products in general compared to the other locations nearby and it barely has any Asian products but the others seem to have a lot!
No Spam??? Grrrrr! You should try making your own. Yummmmm! I agree with people not putting their carts back. Grrrrr!(again) People are simply lazy.

I know that’s probably an accurate stat but the goal is not to throw any of it away.
I wish I had a Costco close to me but none in the area just a Sams Club about 40 minutes away. I like the produce at these places and that is what I buy mostly. What is that cooler you have in the back of the Jeep? I am looking for something that will keep stuff cold while traveling and need the larger one like yours. Also like that slider tray you have it on.

You do realize Asian treats are yummier than those at Costco, right? 牛肉乾,五香乖乖,港式燒臘,哈哈🤣🤣🤣
I wish I could say Costco is really that good a deal but in most cases I have found it is not. The plus; they do take care of their employees better. Sam's in my book is better but they don't take care of their own. I would never buy an appliance from any of the two mentioned. Better deal online if you take the time to research.
@FloLum
6 жыл бұрын
We don’t have Sam’s here. I also don’t buy everything at Costco and the things I do buy are better priced than other stores I shop at. Always know your prices. That’s the only way you’ll save money.
Why you shop at costco if it is a trap yo are not genion
Im sorry I just felt too much of plastic bags wasting when you use for holding meat.
Too much whining. Complain with proper price comparison - not blah blah blah
Why did I waste my time watching this? For some reason, I thought something interesting was going to happen. I hate when people don’t return carts.
Where do you reside?
