Well, Barbershop Quartets have a standard for where each part is supposed to stand. From left to right, theyre supposed to stand: Tenor, Lead, Bass, Bari Of course there are variations, but this is the "Standard" standing arrangement and thats usually how you tell who is who.
Ok so 100% I never expected the one with hair to be the bass.

Everyone says this is too fast. I disagree. It is certainly faster than the original, but I think that the fast tempo is a nice twist. It also plays to the acapella nature of this version. With no drums and strumming guitar, if they were slower people would feel a bit like it was dragging. I would say to those who think it should be slower that the upbeat tempo is merely a clever manipulation to enhance the orchestration horizontally. Also, let’s take a moment to appreciate Rhett’s sweet low chest voice.

Point taken. Even accomplished a cappella singers are more comfortable hitting precisely together those tiny semiquavers after long notes by speeding a little the original tempo. This twist gives a better meaning to the contrasting final section, with slower tempo. Did you all dig that slide at 1:34?
@bonbenswell97

I dig it, but I dig that modulation even more.
@montysvest

.75 isn't better agree, but when you listen to it I think you do wish it was that speed, closer to the original, but also it's a song of longing that's not somthingf to rush, like when people cover little wing and it's 7 minutes of guitar solos, they've missed the point the songs beautiful because it ends so swiftly and leaving you want more your not just lookin at the music anymore you are lookin at the emotion it captions

That Baritone Sonny bit at the end was ambrosia! Very well done, as always. I'm not used to hearing it sung that fast. No problem--sometimes the unexpected makes me listen more carefully. But I was craving that slow part at the end, and your warm, rich tone at 2:00 to the end fulfilled all my expectations. Thank you for the smile on my face. Great bass! All four parts were very nice, and you handle low notes quite well when you're on your own, but adding a true bass for this particular arrangement was an excellent idea.
