Great tips! So the "American shot" got it's start from old American westerns and is known as the cowboy shot. Instead of a medium shot that would of cut the subject off around the waist, they took the shot a little wider to make sure to get the subjects guns in the shot (which hung around the waist)

Hi Katja! Your information and presentation are great! You should have more followers. (Like several of the photographers that I've watched recently on youtube, so much of your concern is visual rather than aural that you've placed yourself in a bare room that echoes too much). I just subscribed!

Hi, thank you so much for your kind words and for coming along on this journey. yes, I'm currently working on improving the audio - our space is very empty (minimalists, haha) and echoes a lot, but I guess the audio is better in my most recent videos as I use an ai tool to clean the reverb. please have a listen and let me know if you think it's improved :)
