oops I know I have been to the Island twice and was there last month I know the bridge takes you to St Ignace and connects upper and lower peninsulas ... @@alisonflaxman1566 I meant it's the MACKINAW BRIDGE

@@alisonflaxman1566 One of the early proposals was a series of bridges and causeways from Cheboygan to Bois Blanc, Round, and Mackinac Islands and then to St. Ignace. Fortunately, that idea never flew.
