Fantastic video as always. As Rowan Atkinson said in "Black Adder" I have a cunning plan which won't fail. Basic training Ft Benning 1995 first inspection. We had been warned about seeing the "boot black man" The senior D.I. was the epitome of what you think of a drill sergeant is. We are in formation and I can hear stomping sounds, yelling and cursing. If your boots looked too good, drill Sgt stomped on them. "Boot black man!" I guess he knew we didn't know enough to get the boots to look that good and he could tell.
