Bosses jaante hai ki staff se regular daya se jada kaam liya hai,kuch ka to money cut bhi hua hai,staff cut bhi hua hai,aur bosses ko kam paise de kar jada kaam lene ki aadat pad gayi hai,kitne hi logo ko dobara job nahi mili jabki office run kar raha hai Aajkal bosses apne employees ka bahut jada exploitation kar rahe hai.

@@saminakothari I can understand. Earlier last year I was part of such a toxic workplace where Saturday offs were cancelled randomly and leaves were not granted. Even maternity leave was for 3 months instead of 6 months. During lockdown a lot of people were fired in the pretext of sending them to unpaid leaves. I wish someone could teach that worst boss a lesson!

Same here. My boss has had gone out for at least 4 times after lockdown. Infact Dubai was one amongst them. But I even can't go home to see my father who is unwell. So I lied that I was not well & then took leave. It hurts when u give ur 100% to the co.& they dont treat u even like a human. Moreover,now job market is so bad that u even can't think of changing the job.

A good message. Atleast in india with poor work life balance. A break or vacation is being considered as a taboo. I like the most how she understood the situation and then expressed in such a good way by giving her example. Really brilliant. I hope this video make people think that even break is extremely necessary.

Work from home mein jo chutti li hai?? Me and my colleagues have worked almost double shifts in work from home. It took a toll on my health and lost so much weight, was highly depressed, and suffered from bad mood swings. 😳😳😔😔😓😓

Wow 🙏 this story reminded me something...mujhe apnii Saadi k leave k liye manager k saath kitti request Karni Pari thi aur wo mujhe only 1 week ki leave approve kar rhe they kitti behas hui thii..meetings one on discussion just bcz that I wanted 3weeks leave for my marriage ceremony....after Saadi I moved Europe with my spouse and here I got opportunity to work in international company and yaha ka work environment- mind blowing. Yaha aapko leaves , vacation plan karne k liye force karte hai managers...leave leni hee leni hai aapko..koi work pressure nahi...but mujhe jab bhi wo din yaata mujhe apne uss managers k upar bahut gussa aata hai😡

I am also a employee and my boss oh my God he said that I enjoyed lockdown and seriously means in normal days we worked least 11 hours and work from home was not so easy we worked 18 hours and salary is 5000 only in lockdown and my all friends talked about all salary and now my salary is now 12000 who agree with me hit like guys
