Sam is really developing the skills to conduct podcasts and Alkesh has a treasure of knowledge . Sam is trying to understand those things herself and make people understand and aware about those things . Dandelion roots , panta bhaat which is here also (called in our bengali language also😊) are really good foods for our health. She is really a good human being with being an actor like she said at first she is trying to define herself. Lots of love to Sam ❤❤

Whatever talking here is what I have learned in 2-3 years during my auto-immune journey. These informations are pure gem. It's difficult to make others understand this and they only think this is my problem and changes I need to make. I wish people make these changes and gain back their health. Thanks for doing this ❤

These podcasts are a great source of inspiration and hope for people with AI problems who are trying to modify their way of life. With so much information available online, including false information, it is not simple. Could you please provide some light on when and how we can start working out and doing strength training in addition to diet? Not everyone has the means to develop a healthy diet or habit at a significant cost. Thanks and Gratitude 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My journey with box breathing is now more than 6 years I started box breathing first in 2007-2008, back then my illness was at its peak, and was looking for a way to calm myself (as I was in 2nd year of my degree with lots of pressure to study and deal with the illness at the same time) a meditation teacher introduced me to this method with another set of techniques, i started it first only for 7 days then continued it for 45 days as it was super effective in improving my concentration, sleep, and a deep sense of calm I Did it for more than 2 years, my physical illness was in a very fluctuating phase at that time but I do not know how I pulled through that phase with such inner calmness and good grades ( now I know it was this breathing with meditation) I again started it in 2020 and to date, haven't missed a single day because I understood the importance (I tried many things between 2011- 2019 but nothing was as effective as this on my body) disclaimer: box breathing is not the only method of breathing that I am doing but it is the very first step of my 25 min meditation process, it helps me to quickly disconnect from the outer world and set my mood to do my meditation @@WellnessbyAlkesh

I think you meant Monounsaturated ( olive, avocado etc) and polyunsaturated fats (flax seeds, walnuts etc) because they are good fats. Saturated fats are bad fats. Also there is a lot of controversy about coconut oil. When I heard its good, I started using it. Then there were speculations all over the internet that it is bad and that these fats (saturated fats) typically are solid at room temperature. My GP also said the same thing and advised me not to take it so I switched back to olive oil and sesame oil.

After years of research i have found 1.Taking Morning sun for 15 min sets your rhythm of body - said by huberman 2. If you can afford it take AG1 - huberman takes it 3. Eating fermented foods is important 4. Variety of plants and fruits are very important for gut. 5. Eat seasonal and culture wise 6. Morning detox - coconut juice or petha juice 7. Eating foods from nature - energy is transferred from one form to another. 8. Whatever you see in market everything is meant for sell not good for your body so try to find organic direct from farm 9. Excercise is very important, we are meant to do something not just sit and work.

Hi Sam, First of all, thank you so much on spreading awareness on this. It is extremely helpful..! Could you may be touch upon auto-inflammatory condition specifically "SAPHO" syndrome. My husband is diagnosed with it last year and since the time, he occasionally (once in 2 months or varies) gets his joints (elbow, knee, fingers) swollen up causing pain, immobility, and extreme discomfort. There are no videos on youtube whatsoever to research and learn about how to mitigate the symptoms in the long run. Thanks again :) Keep up the great work that you doing..

Another question i have and want you guys's perspective over is that all this information about stuff we've been doing so wrong makes me think how much unaware I am and in how much trouble I am or rather we are in as a genz, considering the lifestyle. But what about those who are probably living in slums or if not that extreme who are living a very substandard life, (probably like with less then 10k-20k per month salaried families or around those lines) don't they undergo these complicated problems which are sort of so sensitive to environment and stuff? Like doesn't it affect their lives? Or maybe it just goes unrecorded and we don't have data of such cases? Like this immunity condition I doubt that there are any poor patients reporting about it. Or maybe their external situations are working in their favour like by providing good bacteria and things like that, like their body from the birth because it is being exposed to a variety of stimulus is much tougher than ours? Share your opinions on the same, I am very keen to know what you guys have to say on this.

@@WellnessbyAlkesh there is a chemical in Mustard oil I heard that is present in paints which is obviously not good for health and in America they lable the mustard oil as "for external use only" but in India we use it thinking as it's close to nature so it's must be healthy.
