Take 1 zucchini and some oatmeal. My family loves this recipe!
Recipe and ingredients:

1 medium zucchini.
grate on a coarse grater.
I put the grated zucchini in a bag,
so that you can easily squeeze the juice out of it.
Add salt.
1 egg.
black pepper.
Cheese 100g (3.5oz).
Parsley.
Squeeze juice out of zucchini.
2 tbsp rolled oats (or ground oats).
Mold for baking sausages.
20 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
Remove the lid.
and bake for another 10 minutes.

Squeeze juice out of zucchini.
3-4 tbsp chopped oat flakes.
Spices to taste.
I have salt, black pepper and dry garlic.
2 eggs.
Mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
20 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
