🇲🇽 We love takamines in mexico ❤️

I bought my simple Takamine in '93. I play it each day. Kept it clean/warm/dry. Today it sounds even deeper, stronger after 20yrs! (Pre-Thermal) Straight neck, no Separations! (Good glue!) Made in Japan. I lived in Pusan Korea+ HCMC So Viet 7yrs and visited the Takamine factory and found the old man who made my guitar! Had him sign it inside.🤗

Ariel Camacho made this guitar brand so popular in the Latino music especially the 12 string

20:17 so bad ass that takamine now recognize the Mexican regional style hope fully they decide to make different styles colors of 12 string guitars and maybe make them more suited for the two sets of six strings. They been selling like crazy and if they make some different designs that would be great

No lie, I have the same Takamine EF381sc 12 string. I have been playing the EF series for over 20 years. I also have the 6 string. One of the best sounding Guitars I have ever played and I played all the High end Guitars that are double and triple the price. Beautiful Guitar with or without plugged in. Worth every penny.

What do you see the benefit being? The only noticeable difference I hear is more volume, and a more "in your face" feel? Just curious why you like them, and if I'm missing something. Thanks! Actually, they remind me of the difference between 12s and 13s on a 6 string. One's a bit sweeter. One's a bit louder. And I like both!

A 12 string of this model would of been a dream come true .

Any limited edition 6-string guitar is made to produce harmonics way richer than what a usual 6-string guitar can achieve. If using the same approach for the 12 strings, then the harmonics picture may become too "wild" or too "spicy".

I’ve owned a special edition ST26 for 30 years in April. I just recently got the GD20CE. I like that cedar top. Great projection. There’s nothing like a Takamine. I had a Martin. But there’s nothing like a Takamine. Just saying.

Can you please make the legacy delux for regional mexican music as well on the 12 string. The standard is fine but the small details on the delux makes it look better and thank you for listening to the community by making improvements on the guitar for regional mexican music.

I tried to get a Takamine endorsement but never could get in touch with the right folks, ended up getting a Taylor endorsement. Although when that expired I went back to Takamine because they make the absolute best preamp in the business. The CTP blended with the Triax is still the best there is when you play primarily plugged in. I am still jamming on my TNV 340 although I have almost worn it out after thousands of gigs....its my baby but I want a replacement at the same level and since Takamine doesnt import guitars of that caliber anymore I am searching the used market for my new to me replacement of my old classic. I wont ever sell my TNV but sure wish I could get a new one like it.

Nice models you have there, I really like the NEX body style and the splitted saddle innovation. The neck shape is kind of not for everyone, for me it wasn't that comfortable compared to other guitars. Kind of chunky... I've not heard anyone on this video talking about the playability easiness of Takamines. But for what is worth they have a great look and sound if you can adjust your hands to the neck.

I bought my first takamine sc132 in 1886.

I'll watch later v..with mybdog..I've took Chance a d bought two second hand g ...I've only got one left but low income and still stuck between inter and u know ..its early in day ..I'm glad I kept one ..its low sound is nice.but shit I wish I had a expensive one

Too bad Takamine USA 's customer service sucks bad. Don't expect to get much help when you call or contact them, .... what a bummer that ESP is in charge of Takamine in the states.... there's such a lack of info and help for these guitars in the states.....
