Today I'm going to make tri-color taro balls. I used taro, purple potatoes and red sweet potatoes, but it's better to use pumpkin instead of red sweet potatoes.Soft taro balls are delicious both in hot and cold. Follow me to make it.
Ingredients:
150g red sweet potatoes
150g purple potatoes
150g taro
350g tapioca starch
Suitable amount of boiling water
After the taro dumplings are made, you can add sencha jelly, fruits, honey beans, coconut milk, condensed milk, brown sugar, etc. according to your preference.
