There are lots of amazing food hidden in middle Taiwan. First, we went to a vendor and found out the huge pig skin. They deep-fried the pigskin in front of us. Once it fell into the hot oil, it became huge and crispy! Their Roasted Pork Subway is amazing, they will put in lots of vegetable and roasted pork! It's really tasty! Then, we went to visit a Soy-Stewed Pork. There is a huge iron pot, you can choose what part of pork you like! Still, there are some delicious food hidden in traditional market. For examples, Fried Pattyor and Rice Paper & Moon Shrimp Cake. Last, when you walked along Jing-wu road in Taichung. There is a scallion pancake vendor that you can't miss it!
