I traveled to Taiwan for one month in 2009 to perform as a singing and complete community service projects. It was such an amazing experience. Taipei and Taichung were my favorite cities. The locals were so nice and the food was amazing. I really hope to visit again in the future.

I'm only on the first restaurant but I MUST say something: that soup looks so divine that if I ate it I'd immediately transcend into another dimension omg I LOVE any Asian noodle soup dish. Any and all, I am in. I'm eating a late breakfast now, and it's delicious, but a bowl of that soup would surely revive me lol also, as someone who lives in Canada you probably relate to the struggle of not getting good quality produce... I am LIVING for that variety and how beautiful it all is

spot on... we too are in Vancouver and when we return back every year, in the south (Neipu), we do not get jet lagged as we are too excited to return. The foods are unreal and tbh, better outside of big cities... the south has the best 米漿
