My mom had stage 4 lung cancer 5 years ago. The doctors put in her chart "no hope". She was determined to live and trusted God. She is 100% cancer free in 2024. Praying for your family. 💜

Tiffy, I love all of your videos, but this has to be my favorite one yet. Hearing about your father's cancer struggle made my heart feel so heavy. I will pray for his well being. However, I am happy that you made new memories with your beautiful family on this epic trip. Gives everyone a chance to get out of their own heads and be present in the moment :) Please take care of yourself! You're amazing and I'm sure that your positivity gives strength to your family in these testing times.

Family vacations are the best, especially when you’re older! And I love that you and your mom often have such similar expressions when you try a food that you really love 😅

One of the better foodie travel blogs I’ve seen in a long time. I smiled to see how much joy your family-especially your dad-got out of having a good meal while enjoying each other’s company. Made me tear up. Wishing your dad good health for this year. I hope you get the chance to do another trip to Japan-this time please do Kansai. It’s the kitchen of Japan and the place I lived for 7 years. The people are funny and casual. It’s the best place to live in Japan and I hope to visit as well. You can do Osaka, Nara and Kyoto either way a day trip to Himeiji Castle.

Both my parents passed way from cancer and the main thing I wish we had done more together as a family was travel. It warms my heart to see you and your parents having fun traveling together!

My father is Japanese and his family moved to Brazil when he was only 8. He never had a chance to go back before he passed. I’m planning to visit Japan in October so I’ve been watching some videos and this one surprised me. The places and foods are excellent, but honoring your parents are priceless! God bless you and wish him the best!

You are such a wonderful daughter, sister and human being. Everybody around you is lucky. Love your family. Thanks for coming to Japan. All the best for your father.

losing a parent is something you dont get over with for the rest of your life. that's the greatest thing we learn as adults. and those moments we spend with our parents are some of the precious moments we'll always look back forever..

Glad that you take care of your parents…this is the best gift for their happiness being with you both….I agree Japan food has a unique umami….it must be the brand of ingredient’s that brings out the flavor….this was an enjoyable video..full of love and family good connections…. Such a heart warming vlog - your parents are adorable and Tiffy, you're literally your dads mini me🤗. It's hard to deal with any illness, and Cancer is extra tough -so wonderful your dad is well enough to travel even though his staging must be difficult for everyone 💛. Time is all we have , so our ability to spend it woth loved ones is sooo amazing.
