Great job Ben! Nice design and fabrication. I am discouraged with the fact that RE did not use better connections/fittings especially with the fact that their brand is taking off world wide. Better quality and brand loyalty will keep things going. Anywho keep it up and have fun!

What if you 3D print that part? You could then give a rubber beading inside for a snug fit and not let water enter from the side.

You can now definately place any custom tail lamp ...which will killer❤❤

One doubt off context: do you feel your rear brake pad constantly rubbing against the disc? My disc gets hot after riding 500m. When I put the bike in centre stand and try to rotate the back wheel, I feel a resistance by the rear disc brakes. Is it ok or should I get it fixed?

I actualy like the painted tail part, its design pays hommage to 80ies enduros. I would want to get rid of the huge ugly licence plate holder and have the license plate and turn signals/rear lights mounted as close as possible to the painted tail whitout having it look cheap. but I guess you have to cut the original parts because you need to keep the most of it as inner fender and kind of custom craft a license plate holder onto it. furthermore they had to design the turn signals/rear lights mounting points askew so it's not that easy to come up with own brackets to hold them close to the license plate...

looking good, a tail tidy would improve even further?

@arunprasath2829 - happens due to bike front dead drop during arrival at Godown. Get a 3D Laser and verify your bike's rake angle.

With the hanle black, I don’t think it is noticeable.

Dont forget the groundplate, Headlightcover, chain oiler or Rack. And remove the ugly black low front fender. This where the first thing, i would remove.
