TAG Heuer Quartz Chronograph Repair Challenge - Cal.185
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Resoldering can be the last hope to fix a quartz watch if we cannot find a replacement for the broken circuit board. This watch has a TAG Heuer Cal.185. It is a sibling of the LWO 283 movement which is the movement of my Hamilton. Both use the same chronograph module - Dubois Depraz module DD2000.
• Try To Service A Hamil...
I bought this TAG Heuer as a spare parts watch for the Hamilton, just in case. It is difficult to find the chronograph parts. Keeping another whole watch is a reasonable option for the future. This TAG Heuer was sold cheaply, as non-repairable, and for parts. This was a great deal for me because I don't need the quartz module. As my Hamilton is running great so far, I don't need to tear down this TAG Heuer. I decided to try to fix this watch. It will be fun rather than just keeping it as parts in a cabinet for decades.
I hope this video can help someone and a hopeless wristwatch. If you liked this video, like, comment, and subscribe to my channel!

Since it is a rare movement, it will be difficult to find, especially a working one... You can find some ETA 955.232 watches on eBay.
