For me, Taeyeon is the greatest female Kpop artist of all time. The yardstick which all other female singers are measured. She's a Legend. She is a King.

She is from GOT THE BEAT also, you reacted to them and you said woow on her high note on Step back hehe. For me, she is the best female vocal in Kpop. No offense at all, but I think there is no one exceeds her considering her experience and everything.

Her songs are very soothing, somewhat melancholic, but, the MVs always tell very intense stories. I'd really recommend Something New, Can't Control Myself and INVU.

I would also really recommend Big Mama's killing voice. They are all incredible singers.

The one that said that was an OST from 2008 is called IF; she did not introduce the song, and at the beginning she had crying eyes; that song was one of her father's favorites, and by the time she filmed this, her dad had been gone for around a year or two since he passed away; her dad passed away on the same day as her birthday. Her parents were famous for being very supportive of her; they own an eyeglass shop and were known to do more than was necessary for their customers all in the name of their daughter, her father being very vocal about how proud he was of her.
