This album is iconic!!

timeless is literally one of my top 5 taeyeon bsides ever, it almost sounds heartbreaking the way shes pleading and that bridge and last chorus is just chefs kiss i love it so much 😭also yesss i literally had to buy both versions of the invu album because the photos were just so beautiful. i agree that cold as hell sounds so eerie, i feel like a lot of the songs on the invu album are eerie or feel haunting but thats why i love the album so much. so excited to see the last part of this album but just to let you know 'weekend' was a single released in july 2021 before invu was ever mentioned so you might think it feels out of place in the album lol but your 'hot girl summer' joke isn't even wrong 😂

everything Taeyeon releases, she makes sure that her fans REALLY ENJOY it. I remember during this comeback, she made an exhibit where fans can visit. The comeback really did stimulate all their senses (the look, the music, touch, the perfume she made specifically for this comeback, the cookies the fans can eat at the end of the tour, and just the overall vibe). SHE IS JUST THE BEST

i also love when albums have narrative thread. makes you wanna listen till the end and appreciate it more. and it's easier when it's from Taeyeon because her vocals are just amazing.

INVU is to me one of my favourite k-pop albums ever, her beautiful voice effortlessly switching between styles and genres and it works flawlessly every single time 🥰 I know that you get inundated with things to react to, but in the same year IU dropped the album Lilac and whilst the two sound very different I really think you’d love that too 😅

One of my favourite songs is yet to come. I did not expect to love Weekend so much but wow I found myself singing that in the car for probably a month straight.

I find that most good songs can be interpreted in more than one way. "Heart" could be about healing herself, it could be about finding a relationship that helps her heal but it was also, probably, intended as a fan song. And sorry to say, but you won't find her to be a main matter material, I'm afraid :) She was known to toss the rap parts to other members when SM wanted her to do them. You may hear just a bit of rapping in the part3 of this reaction. I think the most rapping she's ever done was in her Japanese single "I Do" but even that was on a mellow side.

i rmbr from an interview for INVU era (it might be from an nme article but i cant rmbr for sure) that taeyeon made this album as an exploration of love and all the forms we relate to it (the good the bad, the pure, the dark, the toxic, the healing, the conflicting, etc) which i find very interesting.. love is definitely the common thread of the songs, but we get all these different layers of different types and stages of love
