The story from what i see from the video is that she felt stressed and tired but kept a smile on her face, but i guess the butterfly showed her the path to freedom and in result she quit her job. So i guess the song is about being free which is very touching ( :

I suggest The Boys, Lion Heart, Paparazzi, Run Devil Run, Twinkle, Party, Gee. They have lots of really good songs.
