I think that they already resolved the problem considering how most of the girls are always on the lookout for anything Jessica related on instagram. Taeyeon evenly openly shared a screenshot of her listening to an OT9 song. They just can't talk about or show it in public or during a TV appearance because she is still under SM Entertainment along with the Girls Generation label. They probably signed an NDA to not talk about the issue and let the fans continue wondering whether it was the girls' fault or not because they don''t want to admit that it was the company's greediness
