Brilliant! Mad but brilliant! Thumbed up & subbed - there is no substitute for quality!!! i would like to add that if you are a gym member you can put the ankle attachment on the pulley machine on the lower setting) and do leg raises with weights, they're pretty useful. I also have 2x5kg ankle weights (velcro closure) and they really help with developing kicking prowess, you have to make sure you practice without them though or they might throw your timing out a little, but they don't half improve the speed of your kicks.
@SimonScher

Great video. One more thing:. Aim your kick as though you want to hit the back of your antagonist. This way all the kinetic energy will concentrate in the center of his chest in the area of the solar plexus. If done correctly, there is no need to fret over arn position as your opponent will endure atelectasis (collapsed lung) and immediately fall into a prostrate position on the ground. You will then enjoy from 2 to 7 minutes of strategic hegemony vis a vis his opponent. One should only avail himself of this approach in situations where he reasonably apprehends he or a third party is in imminent danger of the threat of serious bodily injury such as being maimed, disfigured, disabled, or killed. Control the power, don't let it control you.

GREAT video, really takes you from A to Z. I come from Muay Thai, but I think side step could be a great leg 'punch'. If you want to take it even a step further, try to bounce around your balancing foot while firing off side kicks. If you're a psycho you can do these while on a balance board or yoga ball (but seriously only professionals)

Blunt Greenpadone thank you.
This is a good demonstration of the Korean side kick as opposed to a Japanese side kick. Notice how the kicking leg stays parallel with the floor. Good job!
Thanks for emphasising the supporting leg position.
Very nice video tutorial!!

Great video and skills brother best wishes always....master c 6 Dan mun moo kwan

Awesome
GREAT video, really takes you from A to Z. I come from Muay Thai, but I think side step could be a great leg 'punch'. If you want to take it even a step further, try to bounce around your balancing foot while firing off side kicks. If you're a psycho you can do these while on a balance board or yoga ball (but seriously only professionals)
Great video man
