GingerNinjaTrickster Sorry to butt in here. Have you ever considered doing another material art to the same level as what you have with Taekwondo such as BJJ or wrestling so as to add to you fight game. If you combined Wonderland with say a grappling art I have no doubt that you would have a lethal combination there. (my back ground is boxing, wrestling and Judo.)

broly standbyme, If you mean “What are the strongest martial arts?” Then I got you. No martial art is stronger than the other(usually) because everyone has preferred techniques, different professions, etc. I’m not saying that a TKD black belt can go out in the street and beat a Jujitsu black belt because that would be a little unrealistic, do to the ground combat exp. the jujitsu practitioner has. But, people can utilize a martial art to be more effective by twisting the techniques a bit. That’s my conclusion! I hope it served you well😊

This is a favourite kick of mine, and I use it pretty successfully in TKD sparring by feigning an abdomen-level side kick, before releasing a higher side kick to the head (learned it by watching Donnie Yen). Of course, gotta control the amount of power used. I just know that the side kick is a pretty devastating one, but this vid helped me to better understand its usage and purpose. You make TKD look like science, and have helped me appreciate it better. Continue the great work!

I will be making a tutorial on the other aspects soon. Keep working hard and practice your stretching for now and you should get closer or even do the side kick high section. Good luck :)

Thank you :) I like to explain things the best i can and not be ignorant that other styles and more modern martial arts might do the kick a little differently or from a different stance. I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) That's great! The basics are obviously the most efficient to use but if you are looking for some realistic flash moves to try then i'd say spin back kick or hook kick, jump versions of those too and 360 roundhouse is probably the most flash i'd go in K1. Good luck :)

That's great. I have done some Muay Thai myself and i enjoy it a lot. I have trained with Kru Tony Moore and Sandy Holt. Anyways, glad you found this tutorial useful and good luck with your training :)

Just wanted to say, outstanding tutorials mate, thanks a lot! Being able to see everything step-by-step, in slow motion, from the side, and in an actual sparring situation makes everything much clearer! I do quite a lot of sports but want to seriously work on my balance, agility and leg flexibility and taekwondo looks like just the ticket. When I start doing it, I'll be sure to revisit these tutorials a few times again, they really are excellent! P.S. you kick like lightning xD .

No problem :) Instructors teach differently and people also learn things better in different ways so i'm happy that my way helped you. Good luck with your training :)
