Sir, your poomsae videos are top notch. Very cleanly demonstrated with just enough pause between techniques so I can keep up, without it being so much that it loses flow. The different angles and speeds are a really nice addition. You put a lot of effort into these and they have helped me tremendously. Thank you so much.

Hello! So I have recently started taekwondo and it has been 2 months, We have a tournament after five days!!!! So the thing is our teacher told me to do the tournament but i actually never learnt poomsad 1, but after watching this video it helped me a lot!! Now i can do the poomsae very clean and neat, hopefully I get top 3! I will let you know what i get! Edit- I got silver yay!!!!! Edit 2- Wow it has been some time since i wrote this comment! tysm for allll the support!

I think this is helpful for memorizing: You should seperate this poomsae into sets instead of memorizing every single step. Each set has the right and the left. Between each set is speacial set called set ‘0’ Set 0: long stance low block and middle punch. Set 1: short stance low block then punch ahead. Set 2, 3,... is just the same. Full poomsae should be looked like this: R1-0-L1 - R2-0-L2 - R3-0-L3 - ...
