It’s difficult to understand since we don’t know Korean, but if you are interested “Go! Billy Korean” made a series where he analysed BTS' Korean and in V's episode he explained what it’s TaeTae language.

I remember RM saying in one of their BE-hind stories: "Kim Taehyung the man who rejects what's normal" and this really shows how unique he is 💜

That's called TaeTae language. He sometimes puts the words in an unique way due to which it becomes a bit hard to understand what he actually means and most of the time it's Suga who understands and interprets what Taehyung actually wants to say, maybe because they both are from the same town. Taehyung's unique way of talking is also one of his charms. It just makes him cuter and it's heartwarming to see members trying to understand him.

The reason Suga is able to understand Taehyung so well is that they are from the same home town of Daegu. The members originally came from different parts of S. Korea and speak different dialects. This was one of the stumbling blocks they had to overcome. As you see, Tae was really hyper in the early days and when he got excited, it was reflected in his speech. That is why Suga helps to sort of translates for Tae. He knows the dialect and what Tae is trying to say. That is why you see him often chuckle and then steps in and helps Tae get his point across. Hey townies have to stick together! 🥰

That is a great explanation, and I love how Suga steps in and interprets V for others. They have a very unique relationship. I think because Suga does not like "cute" and hates how k-pop requires aegyo and I'm sure, like me, he thinks it is so fake, he first did not care for V. And they would disagree a lot. Then I think Suga said they learned to resolve their disagreements by just shutting up and holding hands during those times. It is so cute to see them do that. It is like it calms them both down. I felt like V was fake too when I first learned of BTS. But after watching so many episodes or videos of BTS, I realized Taehyung really IS the way he acts, it isn't fake. Once you realize that you really love him, and I think that's what Suga realized! So cute.

There's a reason why idols, juniors or seniors, all respect & admire taehyung like no other. He leaves a mark upon every individual he meets, with his words, way of conducting himself & his insipirational journey in the industry to the man he is today, looked upto by countless.

Taehyung's mindset is really unique, and once you understand him, he's literally so smart! 🐯💜💚💚

Tae is a whole mood I love him so much. Anyone else thinks it's hilarious that Suga is always translating Tae language for the others lool.

In reality, his thought processes are different from others and in the beginning he sometimes struggled to put what he means or wanted to say into words. Sometimes they couldn't understand what he's saying and sometimes spoke over him, sometimes then he speaks first and then realizes no one understood what he was trying to say. But watching him this year alone, he has become more grounded and more articulated while speaking. You can also noticed he speaks slowly so as to be able to articulate his words well. So I'm super proud of him. The evidence of this is the Running man show, Suchwita, IU pallet, you can see from these shows he has learned how to express himself clearly, though more calmly and slowly.

In 2016, V made his acting debut with a supporting role in KBS2's historical drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. After that a friendship was formed. Park Seo-Joon, Park Hyung-Sik and Kim Taehyung are part of the famous Wooga squad. They all love V so much. Hope you can react to them sometime. Be safe. ❤

Taetae language is a thing in BTS. It adds so much to the taehyung's personality and what makes him unforgettable to every person he meets.

It’s actually called TaeTae language or in Korean 태태어 and is put in the captions in Korean but not always translated correctly in the subs. For those who want to know a bit more they can watch gobilly’s video about how Taehyung talks etc, he has a segment on it. In regards to TaeTae language, to the members, company editors and fans it’s super sweet and appealing and one of his many charm points. Tae’s explained it as him ‘not being able to speak well’ though which made me a bit sad. It doesn’t happen as often as he’s worked very hard on it though, which is why I believe he prefers shorter sentences and speaks much slower with pauses and filler words etc. (Sadly he used to get teased for not being able to speak in standard dialect when he was younger and also for his speech in the early days just after debut) I’ve noticed that some environments create more frequent certain types of TaeTae language moments. For example, interviews, award ceremonies and press conferences. Environments where Tae is super nervous and under pressure, makes him more prone to what I would describe as stickiness (like stuttering or word repetition for example) or mix-ups in word choice or mistakes. Which then in turn make him shy and self-conscious of his speech and result in his quietness. But I’ve noticed it happens normally too… when his brain is too fast for his mouth. In general he has a lot of intelligence and creative outside the box thinking and I sometimes wonder if it’s just his brain being wired differently. I also find it sweet and amusing that the other members fluctuate between super endeared and amused to somewhat flustered and a tad cautious, depending where it happens. They and we are never sure where Tae is going with a topic. I’ve also discovered that a lot of time Tae can be much more easily understood when his mind goes from sentence to sentence, if there is familiarity with the immediate context and wider circumstances of the topic he’s talking about. Which is why I think the members can often step in for him so well. (Although sometimes they are caught out too.) What’s really adorable about Tae though is that he pretends to be confident. He’s said in interviews himself the way he deals with nerves and shyness is to pretend to be calm and in control with a poker face. So many confuse on stage V with off stage TaeTae too. He’s a very soft and gentle person, who is prone to nerves and shyness. To those of us who know him we know all his tells when he is nervous and shy though. He will drink a lot of water, his face will go blank, he will do reflexive swallowing, he will touch his neck, lick his lips a lot, push his bangs with the back of his hand (he does that other times too) his breathing gets shallow and he goes very still, or he will sway… his fingers and hands tend to tremble too (example the performance at the Grammy’s with Olivia R where he looked so confident but when you looked you saw his hands tremble as he was doing the card trick and he said backstage he was so nervous all he said was literally bla bla bla, or the time at the muster where he was so nervous he couldn’t talk when introducing Ddaeng and Yoongi and Jimin reassured him and told him to take it slowly) These are things that you notice over time when you pay attention to Tae… I think it’s why so many casual fans and multi-stans take so long to actually get to know Tae because with Tae it’s so subtle that you have to pay attention… but once you know then you can spot it easily. Korean ARMY think of him as ‘Gomdori’ like a gentle teddy bear and always emphasise his pure and innocent nature as well as his sentimentality and his free spirit. His witty sense of humour is also a feature that I love. I personally think a lot of his cuteness is lost in translation. Especially with how much gets missed out in the nuances of subtitling and captions that are sometimes inaccurately translated. There are some famous examples of his word choice (where he used words often used by children instead but of course the translation does not distinguish between that) There is an also a famous saying with k-army that ‘his attack is zero and his defence is zero’ which comes across the more content you watch. He’s really so lovable… the more you get to know about Tae the more you fall in love with his charms… he’s so multi-faceted and of course so beautiful inside and out and talented. Would love to see you react to Tae on Suchwita with Yoongi or on IU’s palette. As I always say these small clips don’t do Tae justice. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I can stand in his line. Finding the right words is also difficult for me, so I prefer to write instead of speaking. This means I prefer not to be the center of attention and listen instead of having to speak myself. In my past, I've upset a lot of people around me because they misunderstood me and I just couldn't get my words out the way I meant them. My brain knows what should be said long before I say anything, but my mouth quickly wants to get everything over with and then throws out random words. I know how that feels. You laugh together with others, but deep down you feel misunderstood far too often and constantly feel like you have to justify yourself. 😪

Your case definititely not like Tae cuz he talk normal korean.... in Tae case his own company sabotaged him trying to "Frame" him since 2013 (remember what happened 'Americanhussle life') n "ppl" around him spoke over him all the time cuz they want to look "SMART" on camera like want to show they knows everything but he don't.....most of time they "pick" him for that But we fans also has our own brain to understand the reality that" who is who" or FAKE after watching BTS past 10 years ......and some ot6 trash/Tae antis🤡 make these kind of edits to HYPE their biases cuz they don't know that put Tae down that doesn't make their FAVES look great😒🙄

Welcome to the world of taetae language, where everything he says is quite difficult to understand but as long as his members understood, its fine. HAHAHAHAH (i dont even understand what i'm saying 😂)

Tae have a unique way of talking that is somtimes hard to understand even to native korean speakers even tho he gotten better at getting hes point across now But anyway that's what bangtan calls Taehyung language also I find it kinda cute how suga translats for us lol I also think tae has an habite of blending words together, and making short phrases in a way that if you dont known what he is talking about doesn't really make sens well i'm not fluent in Korean but it's somthing i noticed which to be faire matches hes Personality Ps: english is not my first language so sorry 😅

Yeah Tae does talk in a unique way, I personally often have the same issue, some people told me that i should just get tested for ADHD and dyslexia as both can cause this, but it never really bothered me or my friends. People usually are able to figure out what i wanna say and with a solid groups of people it is even more fun coz it gets funny when I realize how scattered it is what i said outloud.
