Taehyung’s personality is probably the most difficult to grasp for people because he’s so out-of-the-box. He’s really unpredictable and cheeky.

Tae is a free spirit but an old soul. When people walk in a straight line he skips from side to side. He is one of those people who can naturally be put into any box and manage to break the walls with how he thinks. Put him with extroverts and he can calm them. Put him with introverts and he can get them to go wild. He's the opposite of everything but the one thing that brings it all together. He's very much the definition of Ying and Yang.

I would describe Tae's personality as: PURE and GENUINE ; in fact, this is how the other members describe him as well. He has a unique perspective on things and is not afraid to be himself. For this reason, he is incredibly VERSATILE and can show you a range of personalities. He's almost an ACE in that regard. Love the bub, there's not many (if any) idols like him

Tae's personality is an enigma wrapped in a mystery. When you think you know him, he changes like a chameleon. He is very artistically minded, creative, and savage...but savage in the sense of being brutally honest at times, or cutting thru the bs. I used to think he was crazy, now i think his mind is just wired in some incomprehensible genius way.

According to Suga, it took him the longest to get used to Taehyung because he was so different and he wasn't sure if Taehyung was pretending or not. After RM, Tae is my my so-called "bias wrecker" but I really hold the two of them on the same level because they're both geniuses in their own right. Tae is whip smart with that dry humor and I have to say for a Korea he has a very high degree of spatial awareness (what you called peripheral vision the other day). He sees EVERYTHING even when he pretends to that he's not. But what I absolutely love about him is his bona fide sincerity, not giving a damn about how hot he is (although he loves to serve for the cameras) and that he enjoys making the other members laugh by being so extra without even trying. With Tae, what you see is what you get.

V is a witty boy, he's very unique. He has a very unique perspective. He's really funny and savage around the members but when he meets someone new he's all shy and acts like a weirdo. He's really kind and caring too. Sometimes he's really expressive and sometimes He just zone out.He loves kids and wants to become like his own father or a good father one day.

Taehyung is very funny, plus he is good at a lot of sports but more by nature and wit, than by massive training. A unique, interesting and entertaining man!

it's very hard to describe taehyung's personality. but to sum it up I think we all can agree that he's a real character, he's very unique. and I'm not saying this as a bts stan/ tae stan. I'm being completely unbiased, he's really one of a kind, never seen anyone like him. He's really friendly, but also has a really introverted side, when he was younger he was really loud and naughty and playful, but gradually he has calmed down a lot. but still that side of him is still there but it shows up only when he's comfortable or in the mood for that. he has a very unique perspective to life, his love language is definitely words of affirmation. he can be seem silly most of the times but is very creative and intelligent in his own way. I think most of the time he does whatever he wants rather than surrending to authority. he may come out to be cold and sarcastic but at the same time he's very sweet and clingy and caring. he's very humble but knows when to tone it down cause the world is not kind to those who stay silent. there are still side of him I can't describe and I can't say I'm fully right or I know him that well, but after all these years of watching him I can say he's just a kid, with full of curiosity, playfulness, kindness, creatively, very emotional, full of love.

Just like what Jimin said,V is extraordinary. I don’t think you could ever meet a person as unique and special as V. Jimin also said that V is the humblest of them all, that’s why for me V is the epitome of beauty and perfection. He sees life in a different way than any person does. Also, V was the one who came up with the meaning of purple which is the last color in the rainbow. He created the meaning of the color as “I will trust and love you for a long time” that the ARMYs and BTS now used as a way to express the genuine love, protection and support for each other. Hence the love expression “borahae” and phrase “I purple you” plus purple hearts and the color purple representing BTS and ARMYs.

Taehyung has been my ult bias for the last 5 to 6 years and he's anything but conventional. He's someone who has encouraged me to accept every side of me even if it may not be the most socially accepted or trendy. He did in fact create "borahae" or "i purple you" to use specifically with army's because of the unique qualities of the color symbolizing loyalty and everlasting love. His personality is definitely 4D 😂 not everyone gets it and even he knows that but the way he is so unapologetically himself is very endearing and inspiring to a lot of people. To get a better grasp of his personality you'd have to maybe watch run bts episodes or something of that sort because he isn't someone who's just easily understood through a few clips. He's somewhere between a naive 5 year old and an 80 year old man who's experienced all the hardships of life. He has somewhat of an innocence to him?? Even the bangtan members would say he's the baby of the group but he's also incredibly insightful and has an old soul. He enjoys things like golf and smooth jazz but also would pull off an anime style betrayal against his members for a free food coupon?? Idk you'll definitely have to spend more time on him to understand and even then it would barely scratch the surface of who he is.

Taehyung is very unpredictable and has a unique view of the world. He is very genuine with his actions and words and sometimes like he said that gets him into "trouble" or leading some people to misunderstand him. He has a very pure and innocent soul. He can be very playful and hyper and other times being reserved and quiet. Taehyung is not part of the norm and that makes his personality even more beautiful and special.

Tae is 4D; Neurodivergent to the core. He's genuine at heart, so it makes any mood he's in all the more intense; Savage, sweet, hangry, playful, sassy, even his shy face is pure demur (tata mic) -- He always speaks his mind but you never see what's coming. This child is a blessing to the world. 💜

I love how it's usually Jin being confused by Taehyung's antics! 😂

Tae is brilliant also an old soul who loves listening to Bing Crosby and watching 1930's and 40's black and white movies. He is so retro he is futuristic. Dry humor, passionate, loyal and compassionate. He does not suffer fools. Engless patience with animals and children.

I’ve watched every RunBTS at least 2 plus Rookie Kings over and over and Tae’s humor keeps BTS members and myself laughing nonstop. His serious face while making hilarious observations and mistakes on purpose keeps everyone laughing. He is a genius💜

Something I've noticed and probably other fans have too, Taehyung in his younger years or predebut/debut era was very goofy, playful, dramatic and even loud but later on... like for the past few years till now, he's become detached(following the years his grandmother died) quiet, reserved and calm(he's still very happy and playful but not as much as before in public), but I guess you can say he's mature. Not saying other BTS members aren't now, but I think V chooses to be so... to the point where all members noticed and especially Jungkook who had to sit with him and ask him deeply about it. Maybe those tumultuous events in his life made him stronger and mature but he's definitely living a great life now and okay.

If you don't understand Taehyung's personality, well i think that's because he has a lot of different traits in his whole personality, and that's what makes him unique 🤭💜

I can understand that some people are confused by Taehyung. But I'm not, as he reminds me of myself when I was in my twenties. I was sometimes very silent, sometimes over the top, but couldn't resign to be like other people. Normality was too boring for me. I had a very important part of childhood in me, I didn't drink at that time, liked candies and sugar, and did my best to be considered as cute. Although inside, I was totally grown-up and smart. I liked to surprise everybody, that was my way to feel love from other people. Isn't this Tae's portrait? Anyway, I'm now in my forties, and will see whether or not his personality will turn out as mine did.

Oh Tae, where do I start? He is such an unusual personality. When RM first met him he had a buzz cut and RM thought that he was going to be trouble and he was but in the nicest way. His behaviour was so off the wall they thought he was an alien. Jin said that Tae would suddenly start running round their dorm making noises for no apparent reason. You are so right about his sense of humour. Like Yoongi’s it’s very dry. He has his own TaeTae language which he lapses into. He probably can’t skate because he lived on his grandma’s farm for sometime. This video doesn’t show him doing his cute, ‘Tata mic face’. You need to look that up. A lot of the scenes you were seeing were from episodes of, ‘Run BTS’. The bit where he sends a letter to Jimin saying he likes him the most is from a Festa activity where they each had to send a letter to someone in the group. Jimin is his soulmate so he sent his to Jimin. They went to school together as trainees so they are very close. Taehyung often asks his angel for help. In the song, Blue and Grey he asks, ‘Where’s my Angel? ……………. Someone come and save me please.’
