TADAHIRO NOMURA'S JUDO CLINIC【NOMURA DOJO ONLINE】VOL.2 SEOI-NAGE -HOW TO USE THE UPPER BODY-

Спорт

We hope that you will be able to purely enjoy Judo while learning the courtesy through it.
The feeling of “I like judo” drives children. Winning and losing is also important, but children's goals shall not be focused on the present moment.
With consideration of the future perspectives, the Judo event "Nomura Dojo" was born with the aim of lighting up the energy of children with infinite possibilities.
The first was the ENEOS presents Nomura Dojo, held at Tokyo Budokan on September 21, 2019, and the second was scheduled to be held in Osaka this April. Still, it was canceled due to the COVID-19.
I have been wondering what I can do for judo boys and girls, who cannot practice at the judo hall because of the COVID-19.
I decided to send out the Nomura style Uchikomi that can be done at home individually on this channel.
Judo has the principle of "self-other mutual prosperity." (Jita kyoei: Mutual welfare and benefit) By respecting and thanking people, you can build trust and foster mutual support. The idea is not to pursue selfishness but to aim for a prosperous society together.
Vol.2 is about my favorite technique "SEOI-NAGE (morote)" upper body.
This will be our last online Judo clinic.
I hope that this initiative will lead to the vitality and motivation of the children.
