So, I have a question what plates are you using is they look extremely thin and where did you get them from if you don't mind me asking?

My pack is on it's way and I'll attach as well like you have. Defense Mechanisms makes a strap kit that attaches that allows you to pull 2 tabs and then flip the pack off over your head. Will get that later. I have to say though, the Agilite placard and pouches are far superior to anything else out there and are affordable. Use those in conjunction with this kit and love it.

Cool, whatever works for you. I stayed with Tacticon for 2 reasons. First everything has a no questions asked lifetime warranty. 2. I'm working on a small sponsorship with Tacticon Armament. It would not look favorable to Tacticon Armament if my Elite plate carrier is mix matched with other brands. I always tell ppl "you do you". I Cerakote and I make the customer pick out the colors. If its not what they like, they purchase another color and pay twice for the labor.

@@tangomantactical I got ya. I have the same 3 mag pouch from Tacticon as well as you have. Working on something with heat shrink and a little fabric hardner to try to imitate the Agilite pouches using Tacticon gear. it's basically the same stuff in the Elite line as Agilite, outside the ouches.

@@felts8031 Most ppl new to the firearms world are not educated in the fact there are probably 1000 companies making kits. Possibly more. I've mixed and matched my whole life. I've also made numerous gear myself thats never been seen. Necessity is the mother of invention.

one thing I found out is that the shoulder strap that velcro ro da front of carrier adjusts the height for back .....nice video bro

It would be difficult. The Elite backpack has 3 attachments on each side., but it takes less than 1 minute to remove it, while the backpack is off. Thanks for watching the video! Drop a sub 😀

That "rear dump pouch" on backpack will work good for a helmet

It is indeed for carrying your helmet, but would also work great for other things, like carrying a bed roll, packable shelter, sleep system, OR your favorite Tactical Toddler👍🏻

@At_the_Bottom having an extra sack, bag, or pouch is a near necessity. Food, dry wood, hot rocks (if cloth or non synthetic), endless uses!!

Is the seams at the mouth where the plates go coming apart for you? I just got it 😢

You should move the pouch that is near your pistol in the front side of you. It will be in your way when you take a knee or go prone. The AR pouches you have on your left hip side you can do of 2 things. 1 don’t use the 30 round mags, use 20 rounders. That will help. Or 2 buy a better pouch that sits lower on your hip.

I don't even have the same set up. It's all preference anyways. Everyone trains different.

I am a rookie with medic training but I just want an honest plate carrier building my gear slowly I have 3 C-a-t Tourniquet 3 IFAK with hip fuc bag and 3 kangaroo AR/pistol mag. With War belt and a should sheathe knife holder. Any recommendations on plate carrier? Thank you

Thanks for the review… I’m about to order one of these I think. I have been looking for a PC but couldn’t make up my mind which. A lot of recommended ones are pricey but this one looks solid and a good price. It looks like the Agilite K19 which is 280. Which body armor do you recommend?

Are you comfortable with the way the straps attach to the backpack? It seems kinda flimsy.

I've had zero issues.

Don't lie, that's the sling you run. Nothing wrong with that, whatever works for you. As long as it can withstand the Infantry life go for it! Ive had both expensive and cheap rigs fail. Put it on, run it hard and you'll know.

The backpack also has a pocket for an armored plate.

@@tangomantacticalnice video, but I would recommend taking a class with that. You will learn what you like about your setup and what doesn’t work. The plate carrier will hold up but you might not like running that many mags in front especially when you have to get in the prone position, you’ll want to be lower. Plus it’s harder to shoot prone with the mags like that. Just test everything and you’ll figure out real quick what’s a yes and what’s a no. 😎👍🏽

@christaylor5189 My first videos were very green as I was not into the PC game. I have trained with it extensively. My expertise is in building, tuning, customizing, stippling and Cerakoteing AR'S and Glock, and Glock clones. PC's are not my specialty. You can have too many aspects going on at one time. I ran a collision shop for 19yrs, so I'm well familiar with overloaded weeks. I've trained with all 3 of my PC'. Diritum plates make it much easier, or even polyethylene plates. The PC you see, isn't my Agilite K1, it's a TA knock offfp, but let me not mislead you. It is tough as nails. The 3 of 7 course, B&H course and a Achilles courses are legit. In the video I didn't know how to properly wear a PC. I do now, and that $70 TA knock off has been bullet proof. I can't say a bad thing about it. Even so firearms, AR'S and Glocks are my wheelhouse, not PC's, but I've learned much from, Chadd, Mike, and David. Thanks for watching the video and drop a Sub, like and a share.

@christaylor5189 I also have 5 acres just for shooting. Hills, creek, flat land, ect. I run Bill drills, Push and Bump drills. I mix up training with weight lifting and distorted music in my ears to simulate verbal and noise confusion. Your looking at a video from over a year and a half ago. I'm not the same shooter, most of my gear has changed, and I've logged mind numbing hours of operators, civvies, and pro shooters, along with emulating what I see.....ect. You get the ideal. I'm not green anymore (when I was at that point). I put the time in.

It's built into the Elite Backpack. Once it's tuck and folded, you actually forget about it. That's what I've gathered in training with it.

Yessir. My first. It's one of many I have that are no longer used. I done all the paint and mill work and tuned it myself. I ran 3 man Speed ball with it, while the electro's were starting to dominate. I have 5. Last gun I used before I hung up the jersey was an Eclipse LvL 1.1

I've had zero issues shouldering any of my rifles. I always wear a sling to add more contact points when I'm running drills.

My plate carrier cummerbund qd keeps coming in clipped. I bought their side plate carriers and when I put side plates in, just walking around the cummerbund comes unclipped from the weight. Anyone else have this issue?

@@tangomantactical what I have discovered is the pull mechanism is stop shallow and barely connects, I could probably take a heat gun to it and bend it in further. Pic wouldn't show much but a video would be better but I don't have anywhere to link it from.

The extension on the backpack is for a helmet.

Difference between this and the agilite k19?

Those look like single-curve plates. I've owned both single and multi-curve plates and, for my money, multi-curve makes a huge difference.

It is and I stated as such in my preceding video. I did do my research. I'm in talks with a possible sponsorship (small) with Tacticon Armament atm. They've never claimed to have invented the buckle system. I encourage you and all to watch several videos i do. Yes they are raw and not professional, I don't deny that. @federicoolivares7656 molle, hook and loop,and a buckle system for the Elite backpack. If you buy the Elite PC and Backpack together you get extra attachments. I've been so impressed that I have 2 and looking to get another(so I can have different colors). I'm working towards the STR polyethylene plates. 2~4lbs each. I have AR600 right now l,but it's significantly heavy. The STR will take up to a .308. TA had a 50% off sale a few months ago and I could of gotten front and rear STR plates for $500 to my door step. I missed out.

@federicoolivares7656 not sure what you mean by " tube connectors", but all the connections on the Elite PC and Elite backpack are Molle, velcro and plastic clip buckles. The buckles appear to be normal 1.5" wide standard male/female buckles. You can pull up the Elite PC on their website and it will show everything in detail. Hope that helps.

Your war belt is the issue u uave to get a warbelt with a velcro more fit and secured

Already have a Elite warbelt from T/A. Actually 2. This is a journey for me. I've never claimed to be in the know or a pro.

Not a fan of the attached pack that big. I have a modular assault type pack attached and its not that big but you can still fit some mags, field stripped MRE and CamelBak bladder. Anything else i just stuffed into a regular assault pack which you can take off easily and used to rest my rifle to shoot.

This is Tacticon Armaments copy of the very PC. I've ran mine for 2yrs now and zero issues. If it didn't hold up then I was only out $70 bucks, had I not gotten a refund. I also have 2 other chest rigs/PC's to fall back on. Will never need too.

Its a copy. Plain and simple. Most everyone has some form of Chinese gear. Personally I don't care if its a knock off. It is unbelievably well built. If you don't own one you'll never see how well its made. $300 for an Agilite and $50 for the TacticonArmament ElitePC. I'd buy the TA Elite PC every single time.

We all are who we are. I created this channel to document my firearm journey, not fancy 100K+ sub content. If I'm long winded and have just fluff, well tbh your just board of the oration. If I got upset at every CC'er, this channel would be abandoned. What I have found is that most ppl that constructively critize,just simply give criticism. I have some and didn't like it. DJ Shipley educated me on plate presentation. I follow his process now. The more your turn the more your PC becomes ineffective. Present the PC dead opposite to the threat. His 30min video with Glover has changed my total perspective on engagement. Thanks for your input though!
