I all ready know about this. I made this recipe a little while back. The Rite Aide store was getting ready to go out of business, and I saw these Taco bowls 🥣 4 of them and I bought a set.we have so many Tortillas in our freezer. and I made this recipe with large Tortilla shells and all the fixings with sour cream that one fill me up.🥰😙😋

AB, 1st, that was sweet of you to prepare those Taco Cups for your wife. 2nd, that was an innovative idea. I also watch Stephanie--Views on the Road Channel. She demonstrated making a pan of enchiladas. I put my spin on it & took to a few co-workers last year, but mine was an Enchilada Pie. It was one of my co-workers birthday, who happens to be a Mexican. He gave me two "Thumbs-up." I'm going to put my spin on your taco cups and send you an update. Again, thx, great idea!
