You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice kzread.infoUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.
Just got my first table saw so going to make all of those jigs and push sticks, thanks for posting such a useful video 👍

Also, check out 3x3 Custom's video "fine woodworking on a jobsite saw" that she posted recently. A lot of really good tips and tricks that compliment this video really well. You'll be making beautiful work in no time!
It is good to know you don't need to make a jig just to do something once on a blue moon. I like how you clamped timber to your fence and inserted the picture frame. Great idea. Now that is something I really needed to know is how to make a straight edge on odd edging timber with no straight edge so your fence is no use

Billy, you screw a straight board onto your odd timber, now you use your straight board against your fence. It is easy to do,take your time.\
Excellent jigs, John! 😃 Thanks a bunch for all the tips! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
My new favourite Woodworking channel! Such clear, comprehensive explanations. It's 9:15pm and pitch black outside, but I just want to go down to my shed and start making these jigs! Amazing channel.
Now I see the purpose of the bigger push stick I made the thinner one now I will make the bigger push stick as safety using two point pressure hold is a major importance thank you

I agree with you there is a great need for the bigger stick to push the timber but also to hold it down in place a real safety issue and the smaller stick to hold the timber to fence strong enough to lean it towards the fence while being able to guide it through easy

I too will make the bigger stick as I have already made the smaller stick and John's video shows the need, use and benefit of the bog stick. Good man John
Great set of jigs, I really do need to get around to making a cross cut sled for mine. I made a taper cutting jig a while back using the UJK t-track, I find they are really good quality parts.
Great video John. Especially showing how easy it is to make push sticks.
Pal, you have excellent videos. You explain really good.

I recently was watching a fella, with a six-figure subscriber count, moaning about how people always comment on his lack of common sense safety habits. “My shop, my rules. If you don’t like it… I don’t know what to tell ya.” Not two minutes later, this dumbass nearly puts his hand into the tablesaw blade when his wonky thin-rip jig fails at the absolute worst possible moment. Only dumb luck saved him. It’s refreshing to see people like you constantly preaching good habits and safer practices 👌
Thanks for the informations ! 🙂

Love all your jigs. But I just want to say when ever I need a thin strip of wood I always try and cut on the left side of the blade not between the fence and the blade. It makes for a safer cut.
Thank you for this beautiful video. Can you share us the dimensions of the materials you use in this project?
Amazing! Seems your table saw cart is the same height as your work table - do you have track grooves in your work table so that you can park the table saw up against it and run the jig onto it?
Excellent side rail jig and good idea with great uses. I'm making a side rail for my table saw but I'm going to incorporate your idea to sit down on it when I need it you gave me great ideas thanks. Where can I get runners to purchase I can make my own for the non regular things also the clamps you use on the table saw
If you have an MFT is the cross cut sled necessary?
Good one John 👊 am looking to get a table saw soon so this will be super handy to come back and check again, thanks for sharing 🙏 I'm assuming you can use cheaper plywood instead of birch ply?
@JohnMcGrathManInShed

You can indeed, I just had some birch ply off cuts so that is what I used
Nice one as always bud . Question where do you get your T track here in Ireland I copied your mitre saw station a couple of years ago still going strong I want to add a stop lock system to it but can’t get any T track
