    Hai madam I had done most of the asanams But in one stage had more pain in joints thatisin both knees Being a muslim day for five tomes i am doing my namas By kneeling down But as per doctors advice i wont sit or give more pressure toknee joints So i am doi gmy yogas by sitiing only I am taking AVP medicines Shall i do yoga as u shown by sitting Also i wa t excersiefor my fingers Nowsinxe 20 days ihave pain inmy left center finger Any remedy pl reply to my comment
