Watt was absolutely unstoppable this year. His level of consistency is starting to become undeniable, he led the league in sacks three times, never been done before and he’s the only player besides his brother to have 2 seasons with 19 or more sacks, not to mention he already tied the record. TJ watt will be one of the greatest edge rushers of all time when it’s done

TJ gets DPOY also by his absence. The Steelers record when he is NOT playing says it all. The fact that their record in close games was 9-2 is indicative of his overwhelming impact. Watch the last five minutes of those games and see how many big plays he makes when the clock hits “TJ TIME.” Punctuated by the winning TD that he and Highsmith created.

Here to thank TJ for allow me to win the bet for most sacks this season. Man's a Beast. Love his mentality.

So how many O lines does he have to clown before we have the GOAT conversation? He tied the single season sack record. Only one ever to lead the league in sacks 3 separate times. Strip sacks, INTs, fumble recoveries, the man does it all at the highest level. He has eclipsed any other edge rusher i can think of in NFL history. If he keeps this up the all time sack record is his. Reggie White and Bruce smith hold the top 2 spots with 198 and 200. They both played 15 seasons. TJ has 96.5 in just 6 seasons.

They won't talk about him to begin with, forget about the goat conversation. People just don't like the Steelers, had he been a cowboy, we would be taking about him being the goat. I can't believe how narrative driven and biased the nfl media is. Even the NBA ain't that bad in this regard

The relentlessness of TJ is wild. Constantly shedding through 2-4 different blocks and still getting to the QB, even at some of the angles he gets into to getting to them is just different.. And even when he's not rushing and just hanging onto a block at the LOS, he still causes issues. Best defensive player in the league and its not close. Awards in the NFL turned into participation trophy's.

TJ is a such a beast. Haven't had a draft pick as epic since

TJ and Boswell are the only guaranteed performers on that team in every game they play. That offense can be better with a more defined QB. I thought Pickett and Pickens had good chemistry at the end of last season but it hasn't continued into this season. Big decision to be made for the next QB.

Both of them underrated. TJ should be the best player on the planet and considering Koo hasn’t been in the league long enough Boswell should be the consensus 2nd best kicker in the nfl

Forget all the pressures and the sacks & tackles for losses but that INT vs the rams is what sets him apart from Myles Garrett & Nick bosa & Maxx Crosby & Micah parsons. None of those guys get ints like Watt

19 sacks and missed 5 games still leading in sacks by 4 and leading in every category. As a Steelers fan you should still look at the positive side and how he has a great season despite the injury before the playoffs.

People value sacks too much for OLB because we lump them with DEs they’re different positions and we need to expect OLBs to do other things than get sacks, pressures and Tackles for loss
