The great thing that no one is talking about is that teams preparing to play the Raiders can throw away the first 8 weeks of film, and they now have only 1 game worth to watch, and we all know that this offense has not been fully unveiled.

I’m all in for giving long term deal for Coach Antonio and GM Champ. I’m tired of hiring these big name coaches that suck. Go Raiders.

Great video! I'm giving A.P. the benefit of the doubt. He's already done better than McDaniels. You can see that on the faces of our guys. Total respect!

I keep getting more impressed with AP every day. Great communicator, great leader, great motivator, and he speaks with wisdom, not just knowledge. This was a great little nugget from TJ.

Other teams relied on McDaniels bein so stupid he would chang from what worked to some BS fantasy "system". Forcing lame plays and disallowing your QB to read the D and call audibles ! He said it all-" It's not about the plays- it's about the players "

@@alamahonyHe has a lot of red flags on him. -Covered up for Plaxico when he shot himself in the club. -Inherited the strong LB Poly HS Program after their previous HC retired and drove it to the ground by failing to get to double digit win. Then he bolted for ASU... -In ASU, he was the ring leader for illegal recruitment during the pandemic period. He pretty much got Herm Edwards and numerous staff fired while he resigned as a result of this discovery... His personality might be great for these guys, but he definitely has ethics issues which is pretty much on brand for a Mark Davis team.
