T-H marine Atlas Mircro Jacker actuator replacement and jackplate installation
Replacing the hydraulic actuator on the THmarine atlas micro jacker.
Also mounting outboard and jackplate to the boat.
I believe it is possible to replace the actuator without removing the jackplate. I ended up removing it though for a few reasons….
-Long top bolt seized
-Allen screw seized (was not supposed to remove anyway)
-I also wanted to reposition outboard on the jackplate

Have a cmc jackplate I just had to replace the actuator. Had to remove 4 big bolts to give myself room. They were seized. 2 big roll pins, seized too. Pain in the ass, took me 3 days to finally get it done. I had instructions too😅

Awesome! Glad to hear!!
Great video capt. Andrew. I just bought a used identical jackplate with a burned out actuator brush cap. I'm wondering if you'd be interested in selling your black brush cap from your old unit. I think everything else is in good shape.
