    Karan Giri if it binds with mhc I on an APC then it becomes t cytotoxic, and if it binds with mhc II on APC, then it becomes t helper

    Not an easy one this one... strength/duration of signaling, cytokines, TFs you name it. There is a classical and a stochastic model but you can always do some out of the box thinking after you digest some of the key facts --> www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2760737/

    Great video but there is a mistake. TCR(B) locus rearrangement is not between DN1 and DN2 (Not DN2-DN3). Between the DN2 and DN3 is where T-cell commitment happens.

    My mom had hypogammaglobulinemia which is a Tcell maturity problem, She did not have helper cells

    This was much less useful than you previous videos. I was hoping for a discussion on positive selection and negative selection. You also did not mention the gamma or delta chains; the cytokines that produce different helper T cells; or AIRE.
