Very good explanation, thank you so much! However, I have a question: you said that on the alternative-splicing level the RNA is changed, so what exactly happens to the DNA in the earlier stages? Are the unnecessary V,D,J alleles just cut out? How does that happen?

4:11 the light chain and heavy chain remark are wrong?🤔it seems to be light chain is underneath the heavy chain? I am a bit confuse, it seems different with the introduction🤔🙏🏻

I did an introductory course in the lymphocytes and their function in Pharmacy school. I don't have a clue what this woman is talking about - quite indigestible and little sense of purpose behind all those details.
