I love the fact that you guys are doing power tour in a t bucket, and just making t bucket content in general. So few people people make content on them. I feel like they're really underappreciated by the car community.

They are really underappreciated, spoke with one of the "big vendors" putting on the show and mentioned we were in a T Bucket....they had no idea what it was. Its the roots of rodding! Hope to bring more T Bucket stuff, with be doing a 180 and doing a new build for Sick Week Drag 2025 but big plans for the Bucket moving forward now that the hard stuff is out of the way.
ThxQ for the great updates.
My seal was on the right side and I too kept adding gear oil and just kept going and fixed it later. Leaving before the crowd was also my strategy. There are a lot of day trippers and they tend to clog up the venues. So you beat the crowd by going early. This videos coverage was pretty good. Working the vendors does work. I found if you use their stuff on your car the are very willing to work with you. The Holley people worked with me on my fuel system. I ran a GM crate engine and so they were also helpful. You are making memories scrounging survival gear and just keeping the car going. Also you probably now own the highest milage Speedway T bucket that has actually done a complete event like Power Tour. I did a couple of Long Hauls myself and I have good memories. I had Steve Magnante in my Vega and I recently contacted him and he remembered riding with me and how we talked about the "Bad Seed Chevette" that he did years ago. You never know what you are going to do pr who you will encounter on Power Tour.

Thanks for the awesome words, was very skeptical about taking the bucket and was worried everyday some was going to leave us stranded.....but honstly, very happy on how everything worked. It took us some time to get a good rhythm going and would love to do it again next year knowing what I know now. Made a lot of new friends like you did so hoping to maybe make it a tradition.
well thankfully everything so far has been just kinda minor

Exactly all minor, was expecting a full breakdown but it just kept going. Takes alot to kill a TH350 and SBC350 combo but besides the minor items it was all minor. Now it just gives us more stuff to fix!
5/20 oil?
