T-Boy’s Award Winning Boudin In Mamou Louisiana

While visiting T’Boy’s Butcher Shop in Mamou, Louisiana I had to try his award winning Boudin Sausage. I can honestly say it’s some of the best I ever had. T-Boy has been doing this for 26 years, and his son and grandson both help out. Their Boudin Balls and Cracklings are amazing too!

Boudain is perhaps the weirdest food on the planet (aside from Haggis), but hot damn, it is so delicious! Whoever thought of it must've been high, hungry, and knew exactly what they were doing...

Best boudin around. Mamou or Eunice LA. There is nothing wrong with eating the casing. Stick a link on a piece of bread with some lays tator chips and you have a meal. Boudin balls are also great.

Roger Mooking of Man Fire Food on the Food Channel visited and filmed T-Boys and the owner is a genuine likeable guy, He prepared Red Beans and Rice with Roger and I'm be dammed if that wasn't the best looking that I've seen. I have roots in Claiborne Parish and surely know about Boudin. Man it's good. It's nice hear the same dialect that my folks spoke from T-boy.

Gloves spread more bacteria cause your touching everything without changing gloves. If your not wearing gloves you are forced to wash between each task which takes longer but is much cleaner

Cooking with GLOVES over hands is WAY nastier. You can't wash gloves, and no one is using 25 pair every time they cook. You SERVE with gloves. You don't cook with them.
