Yes, same for felony backgrounds when checked by property managers. I had a landlord try to interfere with a sublet where I was paying my share directly to a friend of 10 years. In 2013, he told me I had to vacate because I pulled a gun on somebody that was asking to be killed where he stood. That happened in 1995 when I was driving girls for an "escort' service. I don't owe ANYBODY ANY explanation for ANYTHING I did in the 90s. We just made a show of me "moving out" during the day. I stayed at Motel6 for a week and moved back into the apartment at 3:30 in the morning. Just because a landlord is a property manager doesn't mean every one of his rules "matters". He didn't know me. My roommate did. I was on cocaine when I was driving hookers around. I don't owe it to anybody to be bothered about cocaine, guns and prostitutes from the end of the last century.

Yeah, he coudln't possibly just be stupid. Brilliant assumption. I mean it's not like he believes in an invisible all powerful, tyrannical, homophobic, evil dictator, talking snakes magic apples and that one man and his family built an impossibly large boat by themselves (without any modern tools) to hold two of every species on the planet, and then managed to repopulate the Earth with billions of people about 8 million species of animals, 300,000 plant species and 100,000 plant species in just 2,000 years. religious people speak in tongues and they dont even realize it. you speak of your religion, as youve seen these crazy magical miracles (coincidences and fairy tales) why would you say santa claus doesnt exist but believe in god and jesus? they were both lies created by man, fueled by greed, and based off a 2000 year old game of telephone (the bible) how can you trust religion when its created by the greedy, selfish species called homo sapiens. it is in our DNA to manipulate others for our own benefit.

how can you watch those tv programs where people get out of their wheelchairs because god cured them. why do wheelchairs and blind people exist when those pastors touch them with the holy ghost and scare the demons away? it is crazy to think religion has any logical explaination whatsoever. it is just a mental shield in your head that you are mostly ignorant to. every word you read that says anything against religion, you go into a mental coma where you dont even process what youre reading. you just need to wake up

Investigations take time and MOST of the time they are gonna get their case in order BEFORE filing the charges. That is done BECAUSE, once a person is charged with a crime, there are laws in place that limit the amount of time the state has to prosecute the case. So if they arrest immediately, and are unprepared to present a factual case, all evidence, witnesses etc. in a timely manner then it's pointless. If he has not been arrested yet, HE will ABSOLUTELY face criminal charges (very well a few other criminal charges as well). It's coming. By the way, this is with ANY crime committed. To us, it can be viewed as, "c'mon, he did it, arrest him". Unfortunately, there is a process which can take time, BUT that's a very good thing too because when you cross all the "T's" and dot all the "I's", you ensure successful prosecution and punishment. There have been murderers set free because a state failed to prosecute in timely order. (Prosecution of a criminal case must begin within 180 days of arrest. It's NOT that the entire case & outcome must be complete within that time). Those murderers CANNOT be charged again, so they LITERALLY got away with murder.
