She is well known to walk through massive clouds of CS gas unaffected, as well as being shot over 10 times and survive, she was shot 14 times in total, the same amount of people murdered on Bloody Sunday, very strange coincidence. The SAS were meant to be watching her house yet two attackers were able to climb a pole cut the phone lines, then smash the back door down and shoot her and her husband multiple times, then the SAS arrested to the 2 attackers after they walked out of the house.

To right good on her standing up for herself in an establishment that was completely against her There would be an uproar nowadays if someone accused a woman’s words or actions as “unlady like “ but sexism was thriving back then and giving it to him straight with her answer shows here intelligence and her razor sharp whit I feel proud to be able to say that I’m related to this woman

Funny how they weren't there when the gunmen burst into her house but were there when the gunmen left after shooting her and her husband. But aye, she should've said thanks.

She handed them their butts on a platter. Buckley couldn't faze her. And the disgusting little creep on Buckley's panel who called Irish people barbarians came across as a real racist jerk. Buckley even turned on him because Buckley was of Irish heritage himself.

Is there any tv/cinema company going to film her story in a movie? Bell Powley would be wonderful playing Bernadette.
