Lyrics:
Why are we here? Where do we come from?
These are the most enduring of questions.
It’s a story we wouldn’t be able to tell without the one thing that connects us vividly to our vast cosmos: Light.
Through light we can stare back across the entire history of the universe, and discover how it all began.
Those ancient beams of light are messengers from the distant past. And they carry with them a story. The story of the origin of the universe.
Gaze up into the night sky
Capture the light
And read the story of the universe
Isn’t it a wonderful thing
We are part of the universe
Isn’t it a wonderful thing
The story of the universe is our story
Carried on waves of light
Wave after wave after wave of light
All the colors of the rainbow, colors of the rainbow
Light can transport us to the past
And we have become virtual time travelers
Night falls, darker and darker
And the universe fades into view
Night falls, darker and darker
Darker and darker
Stars being born in distant realms
Alien worlds created by gravity
Stars that shine with the light of a thousand suns
And vast swirling galaxies
These waves of light are messengers from across the cosmos. And through them, we have discovered the wonders of our galaxy, frozen in time.
Gaze up into the night sky
Capture the light
And read the story of the universe
Isn’t it a wonderful thing
We are part of the universe
Isn’t it a wonderful thing
The story of the universe is our story
Carried on waves of light
Wave after wave after wave of light
All the colors of the rainbow, colors of the rainbow
Billions and billions of suns
Shining in the sky
The story of the universe
Carried on waves of light
Gaze up into the night sky
Capture the light
And read the story of the universe

What is light? Does it come in the form of photons? If light is both a wave and a particle at the same time, that means that light is a particle/photon that TRAVELS in a wave.

Interestingly, this is even true with our sun, we're not seeing our sun's light instantly, it takes over 8 minutes for our sun's light to reach Earth. Or if you look at Saturn threw a telescope, it takes around 2 hours for light to radiate out from Saturn, bounce off of it, and return to Earth, and that time changes depending on where Earth and Saturn are in their orbits compared to eachother, everything we see around happened long before we could see it. Mind bending concepts like this deffinitly make astronomy and Astrophotography (taking pictures of Planets, nebulae, galaxies and stars) fun to learn, also makes you realize how horrible it is when nighttime light pollution makes it near impossible for a lot of people to see the beauty of space right above them

Volound She single handed managed to stop the scientific curiosity of potentially millions of people. Apparently. I remember reading sheepy saying it was her, not "his family" that did it, although that is one and the same.

I would love to thank you soo much for grabbing my attention in the feild of science and making me read and learn more about the feilds of science and has led me to the top of the class for science and mathematics.Thank you :D
