The subject is simple, you just need to be open and imagine that very small items can be in two places at once, or that if you roll a ball down two hills it may end up on the other side of the other hill (Quantum tunnelling). But it is very interesting and highly advisable!

I suggest a Scandinavian country (Norway, Danmark, Finland) they speak English, they're close to Poland so you could take a flight cheaply, and they're very very advanced in sciences and it's amongst the best places to live in. Free healthcare, education, good social welfare programs and all... If you don't want to go to a Scandinavian country I would then suggest Germany, Canada, or Australia in no particular order.

If you choose a country to work in, it's a country you'll be living it for a long long time. Longer than 4 years for a university degree.

Hey, I don't think creators from melodysheep will see this but I just want to say thank you for this video. Words cannot possibly describe how grateful I am. I watched this video in middle school when I was first introduced to physics and it absolutely blew my mind. How you combined music with these speeches from physicists is truly amazing, and it made a middle schooler who was not performing well academically at school think that "Even I can enjoy the beauty of physics! Maybe physics is not only for smart people". It was then I started paying attention to this subject that I assumed was too challenging for me, and it would not be an exaggeration to say that it changed the course of my life. Years later, I got accepted into an Ivy League school as a physics major. Every time I feel lost or unsure of what I should be doing with my life, I watch this video, and it fills me with purpose and passion. Thank you.

It can change forms and neither can be created or destroyed. Creation cannot happen by natural means. The 2LT has various aspects, one being the universe is winding down, entropy. Usable energy is becoming less usable, so at one point usable energy was at its max. This all points to a supernatural creation, by a supernatural creator at a certain point in which matter, space and time were created. When I read how it can happen otherwise, ALL the fools resort to science-fiction. Once a supernatural creation is accepted, then the next step is finding proof of what supernatural power did it. Just with creation, Morgan can't even get around those laws but loves being a dumbass saying, "We invented God."

Came home the other day and my youngest son, Jared, who is significantly younger than the rest of my children, was at the table doing his homework. I said hello, he said hello. I went to get some iced tea and put my feet up (I'm a chef, I stand all day), and from the table I hear Jared mumbling something as he does his math. So I stroll on over to hear him sing, in a very low voice, "electrons act like waves -- no they don't exactly -- they act like particles -- no they don't exactly..." while doing his algebra. This was one of those "proud dad" moments for me.

I watched this master art first time when I was in high school back in 2012. Back then, I still remember all the passions in science that were destroyed and crushed by my own family who said I would end up jobless. Fast forward almost 10 years later all of them are gone forever and I am now a computer vision engineer. Tonight I suddenly reminded of this song and once now I am listening to it again, it brings me most joys and awakening my buried, crumbled and shattered childhood dream back to live. I think they all passed away for a reason. I will be 26 this August, but for what it's worth, I think I will reset my life to be with something of worthiness. Thank you, Symphony of Science. This is my memory.

Just to log myself. Today I just quit my computer vision engineer job and looking forward to enroll to a good postgraduate degree that would likely take my experience into account and admit me to the programme. I am looking at York PGDip in Astronomy. Also I want my first one to be a distance learning base since I have to do freelancing to pay my bills. But surely it will be a gradual shift from cs to astronomy. Hope to get some astronomy-related jobs after this so I can start saving for MSc and PhD whilst not having to switch back and forth between cs and astronomy.

Don't give up. I was studying to become a bussiness administrator and at some point, I decided to follow my passion above everyone else. That was 4 years ago. Next summer I'll be a chemist finally. I'm also 26!, go for it.

I remember listening to this song when I was in high school and I was so fascinated by it! Now, 4 years later, I am working with a CERN experiment while writing my thesis and I am about to start graduate studies specialising in particle physics. Still a long way for me to go, but I am so happy to have found my way back to this song that really expresses why I am so fascinated by what I am doing.

man. it's been years since i've first heard this song and it makes me tear up, gives me chills, or fills me with childlike wonder everytime!

This was the first video i ever watched on KZread over 10 years back - it showed up on my recommended as it was gaining popularity then. This video inspired a young Hanu to pursue science. I am grateful to you for this. I randomly remembered this video after so long and I'm glad it still exists. This is a core memory.

SourlRippster: I'm a 5th grade teacher, and show these to my students. Many of my students know these videos word for word! You should see the whole class burst unto song, with their favorite Symphony of Science vids: We are Stardust, Monsters of the Cosmos, Quantum World, and Secret of the Stars ! We also watch others...but so far these have gone best with our curriculum. We repeat watch them, and I actually instruct from parts of them, as well! It's so much for, and they learn so much! And then they sing them at home, and teach their families! John Boswell is changing the world! (I've told him so before!) I don't know if any of them will discover the "theory of everything," but they sure have a better understanding of what it is we think we know - for now!

This is the best, heart-touching science song with beautiful melody i have ever heard. Excellent job. Huge respect from a tremendous amount of atoms that has shaped a human-form who is now watching your video.

I went through adolescence listening to this song every few months because of how cool this is. I came back 7 years later and it's even more beautiful because I learned to appreciate quantum mechanics.

***** Scientists in the past were religious because that was all they knew. Everyone was indoctrinated early on. They didn't have nearly as much information as we do now. I grew up in a house with Christianity, but logic never allowed me to believe such fantasies. Now days there is so much information that everyone can make their own choice rather than have it forced on you. Were it not for religion it is a known fact that wed be 500 years ahead in regards to technology. Now with that being said, religion is fine as long as people keep it to themselves and out of the judicial system.

It makes people feel better when they believe they are not completely in control in some cases. It feels nice believing that somewhere, someone is watching over you. Be it a guardian angel, a God, anything. Almost every culture in the world believed in some sort of deity, spirits, or god(s). It doesn't have to be true, but if it makes people feel good, I see no reason to tell them otherwise. Of course, I am talking about the belief in a higher being, not religion. Those two are vastly different in my eyes.

This melody truly stuck in my head Can't stop listening to this.

I listen it 100+ times, it's a fantastic symphony of science...

I love Physics. My favorite school subject. Our world is wonderfully mysterious and detailed.

The only reason I don't like him in stuff like this, is because he doesn't have a passion for it. He's an actor reading some stuff because he's been paid to, the others were probably just asked to explain some things in their spare time. He doesn't understand it as some of the other people do. Take for example Close and Feynman who were also in this video. There's an obvious joy they get talking about things like this, whereas Morgan just reads it out. While I appreciate that it helps interest people in science, I just think it's better that people who actually understand the subject and actually care about the things they are saying to be the ones explaining things like this, they have the ability to enthuse other people and to fuel the wonder the wonder that physics can bring.

Actually, the program he uses to communicate is considerably dated. He was offered an upgrade to have a "more human" sounding tone, but he declined because he believes it to be his voice and he believes that others are accustomed to it being his voice. So it IS his voice. Maybe not technically, but theoretically.

Omg! I forgot about this song and i forgot when and where i heard it. I am so glad i found it again!

This is literally and by far and wide the most inspiring video I've came across. I've enjoyed melodysheep for a while but reading the comments is giving my faith in humanity quite the boost. Perfect timing in 2020

My hope is that melodysheep's songs about reality become as ingrained in us as the "Conjunction-Junction" and the Electric Company's "1-2-3-4-5.." number song. I'm 40, and I still have to sing a song to remember which months have 30 days, which have 31, and when February has a leap year. I learned it when I was 6. We are very fortunate to have this Symphony of Science tool.
