I was once at the same level. There is no lower level then infinite darkness. I can tell you one thing my friend. If you hold on ( and please do so) it only can be brighter. You can only level up. You will be able to sleep proper again without the non stop thoughts in your head. It will be never the same as before. But, you will be more chill in life and you will be love the peace and everything arround you. Everyone is different and also pain is different. But soul level is soul level. If i could hold on and climb up, you can also.

I feel it. I went with my family to the elderly home where my great grandmother lived and said happy birthday then saying goodbye and leaving just to be told by my dad 3 months later that she had passed away in her sleep. I never thought that would be the last time I would ever see her again
