I always felt the moral lesson in this movie was that pacifism only works when someone else is protecting you. These missionaries while they meant well were too naïve and didn't understand that bad people would try to hurt them no matter how noble their cause was. The pirates and the Tatmadaw would have killed them several times if not for Rambo. Thats why Rambo tells them that without guns they won't change anything. If you notice Michael the missionary ends up killing a soldier to protect the English mercenary. He had to. Its at that moment he realized that Rambo was right all along. The soldiers in this scene all died so brutally but they deserved it. The only way to stop evil is to stand up to it.

Actually as missionaries the only person protecting you is God the true moral of the story is if you're going to go someplace that you feel God is calling you make sure you pray to make sure that God is really calling you to that place because if you have to take a life in order to save other lives than it wasn't worth it to go in sometimes God might call you to go someplace where you put your life in danger now sometimes he might put somebody else there to do the life taking for you so you don't have to be the one who draws the line between whether you have to take a life or not which is what these missionaries had to learn there's a thin line between love and hate and sometimes you you have to draw that line
@wadereynoldsdeadpool5768

Also you have to realize the missionary who took a life he didn't actually have to take and that life he chose to take that man's life because he had no other choice but the choice that he had was he didn't have to go to burma

I wish I'd seen this at the cinema when it was released. I've watched it since at home and it's great, but I think it would be even better and more epic seeing it in an audience setting and on the big screen.

I saw 'Last Blood' in the cinema and it was OK, but it wasn't the same. There weren't many people there, so that's part of it, but I don't think the film itself was on the same level as this. (I liked it, but Rambo 2008 was a tough act to follow.)
Stallone bringing John Rambo to another level. This was absolutely earth shattering. Realistically savage, brutal, and raw. This is what First Blood fans have been waiting for since the first film. Bloody, dirty, gritty, and real. John Rambo and that .50 were made for each other... Hardcore. This was EPIC

Probably the most realistic combat sequence in any film I've ever seen... Except for that guy looking at the grenade exploding before he ducked. That wouldn't have happened. The dude would have caught a face full of hot shrapnel. How did this scene ever get allowed on KZread? Also, I just 💖 the way that Rambo catches up to that Burmese Army captain and guts him like the killer in a slasher flick. A well-deserved brutal death for a truly brutal bastard of a character.
The "what do we do/nothing we can do/enter rambo" -scene here was and still is the ultimate chill giver. The first time seeing this film I honestly thought that the mercenaries were going to be executed because of the harsh & unforgiving theme of the movie.

After the original - this is DEFINITELY the best Rambo film - captured the essence of who Rambo is and what vets like myself and millions of others, struggle with mentally and spiritually on a daily basis - which is a big part of what the original movie was about (and the novel to an extent). How wars make - and ruin - men at the same time.

No anger encompasses the fury that John had held onto for the entirety that he lived his life as a retired and decorated Green Beret. Inhaling gunpowder and exhaling hellfire, raising hell like a dusty carpet and mistaking his victims for pot roast. From a dirty cop to a cartel leader, if you wanted something done, Rambo is who you look for.

Justice League show the power of 50bmg as well. Since superman cannot ignore them just like he always ignore normal gunfire

I remember his ( Rambo) dialogue in this film " go home for nothing or die for something " . So beautiful movie
50 cal was the hero in this movie.
When the truck with reinforcements arrives & Rambo's like "Naah, it'll be fine", shreds them to pieces, including some trees, still my favorite moment in this movie 😏
