Mel Gibsons villain Stonebanks was killed off in The Expendables 3 but we’ll see about Snipes. So far many of original actors from series are returning to 4th movie like Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Colture and of course Stallone but it will be his last Expendables film depending if do anymore.

You need to pay more attention. Expendables 3 usually doesn't make it off the worst action film list. Try Mad Max Fury Road, any Mission Impossible, Daniel Craig's odd numbered James Bonds, Fast Five, Atomic Blonde, Dredd, etec.

he knew Barnie & his crew will survive anyways, Stone was one of them in the past, he knew what they are capable of, so he chose to badly wound one of Barnie's teammates to make Barnie suffer, to make him hate Stone even more & to make Barnie come after him, so Stone can have his revenge
