She’ll do another run, fully how she wants but now the pressure of finishing before the dlc is lifted off her shoulders. Streamers want to try the dlc out on the first day.

I was listening to Asmongold and he was saying that no matter how he played through the game, people would complain. Magic build? Broken. Strength build with big two handers? Broken. Bleed? Broken. I think Sykkuno is absolutely right... these people played and struggled, and they want to see someone do worse than them so they can feel good about themselves, and when that doesn't happen, they'll look for any reason to blame the streamer rather than themselves. I bet if there was nothing about her playstyle they could point at, they'd start complaining about how they could be that good too if they played video games for a living but they're too busy working a real job and stressing about bills because they're not multi-millionaires that never have to leave their house. You can never make these people happy.

I really don't understand... If there's a game mechanic, that the devs created and put it in the game, why the f**k, me, the player, should not use those mechanics?!?

Play on your own OR stream your own gameplay, and let me tell you this NO MATTER what you are going to do, A LOT of people will also complain to yours, no matter how you play the game Elitist and self-proclaimed good or better at the game can suck ass

using summons is fine, but you have to take into consideration that it DRASTICALLY changes the dynamic of every single boss fight in the entire game in your favor. Doubly so if you have a half decent build and use the mimic summon. So when people talk about Elden Ring's gameplay as an experience and it's difficulty, there are two totally separate conversations to be had, one for people who beat the game with summons, and one for people who did without. You wouldn't shit talk someone who beat halo 2 on normal, you just wouldn't have as much in common between your experiences with the game on Legendary, and I think that's where the disconnect is when people criticize others for using summons. Summons are Elden Ring's difficulty setting, and many veteran souls players are disappointed that summons can ruin the authentic souls bossfight experience to the degree that they do.

Those people can shut the f up and play other game the fact developer put on the game doesn't mean it change anything, the only powerful summon is mimic but you had also need to grinding your own character for mimic to be broken alongside you need to grind for the mimic upgrade. beside why the need gatekeeping it? Oh you want to someone struggle because you make yourself struggle for no reason?

I'll be honest for me this would be a disappointing way to go through the game because I enjoy the challenge of figuring a boss out and overcoming them and the ethos of my character meeting them in battle one to one. That said Elden Ring is the most popular Souls like game because it has mechanics that make it approachable for players who are new to souls games.There is nothing wrong with taking advantage of these mechanics and playing how you want.

You also need to know she figuring out the boss too yes the summon help her but most of the time it only until half health bar of the bosses, and elden ring boss for some reason had this pattern that they gonna spam attack no matter what for example malenia, girl just spam slash slash then flying slash onto slash then back off you only had this little window of time to hit. IMO what makes the boss hard not figuring out how the boss pattern but instead find the right timing to attack because they just keep the attack coming with delay and when do they delay its charging for attack k

I get syks pov and I believe if you want to use mimic tear that’s fine also but Rae was being a bit of a hypocrite she knew before hand that using the mimic would be frowned upon she even mentioned it before and did it anyways and then she goes on this small rant saying she wish she never used it and that she’ll give the game a try just to use the mimic again on Godfrey and radagon🤦🏾‍♂️ don’t say you don’t wanna use it and just pull it out after saying you don’t wanna use it.

@@zm6rnachrnauthe chat told her rivers of blood used to be op and she said “well let me just see how it is” and goes on to fully upgrade it and use it. Then someone mentions the mimic which she knew about beforehand and goes to use it to run through the game.

Did you even listen to him? Syk has been praising her during the whole fight and highlighting how fast Rae learns to dodge Malenia's attacks. Mimic or not, Syk wanted to see Rae go full power and not rely on the mimic but he could totally see why she didn't want to struggle and THAT IS FINE. He never said she was bad. In fact the whole stream he kept telling his viewers that she improves faster than him.
