Sydney City Tour, Australia in 4K
Wandering around Sydney City on Christmas Eve is a unique experience. The Christmas atmosphere is much different here from the one we are used to in Europe. The city is very lively and elegantly decorated for Christmas.
Our Sydney city tour started from Circular Quai with that beautiful view on Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. We then walked around the historic laneways of The Rocks which is among Sydney’s most vibrant tourist precincts.
We then walked along Sydney's main street, George Street, and wandered from street to street. We then went from China Town to Darling Harbour, from Hyde Park to Kings Cross.
Due Covid-19 restrictions, some places such as China Town and Darling Harbour are almost deserted in this video. These places are usually packed with people.

Sydney is a wonderful city, full of surprises and beautiful hidden locations. No better place to just wander around. It never bores you..

Christmas in Australia is something special and unique! In this time of the year, Sydney is surely different from any other city in Europe! Absolutely to visit it! Lovely virtual walking tour!

Nice job on the walking tour of Sydney. It is amazing to see that so many people were going about there business during this time. We were in total lockdown here in Ottawa, Canada on during Christmas.

I am glad you enjoyed the video.. the city was quieter than usual because we were in the middle of COVID restrictions..It was strange to see some areas such as China Town & Darling Harbour deserted..at the same time it was relaxing to walk freely..now the city is back to the usual hectic life

Thanks for the lovely video. Beautiful city.... European cities are so decorated during holiday season that they look like fairytale lands.. While surprisingly Sydney city center did not gave any impression of Christmas anywhere except for one Christmas tree..that is a surprise. . Anyway, can you tell the name of the artist whose instrumental music was played in the background in most of the video. Very mesmerizing

Thank you Misty Rose.. I am really happy that you enjoyed the video. Xmas in Europe is different, very different.. It is magic, in Sydney I don’t feel it.. The video was made during covid restrictions at that time no tourist were allowed to enter Australia. The music played in the background is from multiple artists.
