for anyone reading - an old fashioned air hammer will take wheel studs out in about 8 seconds - i know everyone loves battery tools and I have those as well - but an old air hammer is made for wheel studs - easy peasy - drives them right out and its clean........if you have room behind the hub itll drive them right in in a couple seconds as well -

Any idea what size arm puller you were using? I have the same issue. My Ranger is up at an off grid cabin hours from town so want to make sure I bring the right one.

well somehow my ranger northstar on tracks had this same thing happen. i caught it and limped it back but broke one stud and ruined the other studs. problem is i can’t get the hub off of the splines!!

I broke a stud this winter with the tracks on also. My own fault, not checking torque on the lugs and they had worked loose a couple days after we put on the tracks
